模铸用防溅保护渣板
本实用新型属于金属材料的缓蚀,一般防积垢装置。
目前下铸镇静钢开铸初期,大多是在模具底部预先放好保护渣,钢液注入模内时易发生飞溅,飞溅物沾附于模壁并同铸于钢锭中,形成表面缺陷和内部缺陷,产生结疤等废品。
针对上述缺点,设计此模铸用防溅保护渣板,该产品可防止钢液在模内发生飞溅。
该产品以多种材料经合成后制成固体板状,该产品比模具底略小,在该产品的一边设置两个相连通的输送吊孔,该输送吊孔用于穿绳子,利用绳子将该模铸用防溅保护渣板放置于模具底部。
本实用新型在铸钢前放置于模具底部,在铸钢过程中该产品由于比重轻所以随钢液上浮,有效地保护钢液表面不被空气氧化,防止钢液发生飞溅,避免钢锭出现结疤等缺陷。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施加以说明,在铸钢前将绳子穿过输送吊孔,利用绳子将该模铸用防溅保护渣板放入模具底部,在铸钢过程中该产品由于比重轻所以随钢液上浮,有效地保护钢液表面不被空气氧化,防止钢液发生飞溅,避免钢锭出现结疤等缺陷。

1、一种模铸用防溅保护渣板,用于下铸镇静钢开铸初期,以多种村料经合成后制成,其特征在于:该模铸用防溅保护渣板为固体板状,并且其比重轻于钢水,在该模铸用防溅保护渣板的一边设置一输送吊孔。
