本实用新型公开了一种汽化炉消声燃烧室炉头,它由燃烧室,消声盖,进气管,汽化管组成,消声盖盖在燃烧室上,其上有栅格;进气管的一端与燃烧室连通,另一端与汽化管连接;在进气管上有供氧口 。本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有结构简单,价格低,油气雾化效果好,噪声小,油耗少,使用寿命长等优点。由于采用了大燃烧室,使油气能在燃烧室内充分混合雾化,燃油可得到充分燃烧;燃烧时产生的爆炸声通过消声盖上的栅格时得到有效的消声,从而使噪声大大降低。

汽化炉消声燃烧室炉头
本实用新型属于一种炉具。
目前市面上所用的汽化炉一般都是喷管式的，这种炉子由于油气雾化不好，燃烧不充分，故油耗较高，另外，其噪声很大，加工复杂，价格高，使用时间短。
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种能使燃油充分燃烧，并能大大降低噪声的汽化炉炉头。
本实用新型是这样构成的：它由燃烧室(1)，消声盖(2)，进气管(3)，汽化管(4)组成，消声盖(2)盖在燃烧室(1)上，其上有栅格(5)；进气管(3)的一端与燃烧室(1)连通，另一端与汽化管(4)连接；在进气管(3)上有供氧口(6)。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有结构简单，价格低，油气雾化效果好，噪声小，油耗少，使用寿命长等优点。由于采用了大燃烧室，使油气能在燃烧室内充分混合雾化，燃油可得到充分燃烧；燃烧时产生的爆炸声通过消声盖(2)上的栅格(5)时得到有效的消声，从而使噪声大大降低。

本实用新型的实施例：用钢材制成燃烧室(1)、消声盖(2)，消声盖(2)盖在燃烧室(1)上，在消声盖(2)上开有栅格(5)；进气管(3)焊接在燃烧室(1)的侧面，并与燃烧室(1)连通，进气管(3)的另一端与汽化管(4)连接；在进气管(3)上有供氧口(6)。
