Abstract

防水帘子布是一种铺贴于屋面、地下、洞体管道等用于防水的帘子布结构的改进。由经线、纬线编织而成。经线(或纬线)是直径较小的玻璃纤维纱、纬线(或经线)是直径较粗的涤纶棉纱。优点是面层厚;表面平整,纤维纵横分布均匀、抗屈折,是层面防水理想的筋骨材料。

防水帘子布
本实用新型涉及一种铺贴于屋面、地下、洞体、管道等用于防水的帘子布结构的改进,具体说是一种新结构的防水帘子布。
现在所用的帘子布材料是以玻璃纤维布或无纺布为胎体,上面涂有一层涂料其缺点是无论是玻璃纤维布或无纺布均太薄,对于玻璃纤维布,浸合力差,防水性能不好,达不到要求,面层薄,不抗折,抗变形能力差,易断裂。对于无纺布涂料不易渗透,易分层剥落,不能形成整体,因而防水性能也不好。
本实用新型目的在于克服上述技术中的缺点,提出一种新结构的防水帘子布使其能够抗屈折、隔热、提高延伸率,增加防水厚度。
本实用新型目的由以下技术方案实现:该防水帘子布,由经线、纬线编织而成。经线(或纬线)是直径较小的玻璃纤维纱,粗细程度为公制号数20号-公制号数100号,纬线(或经线)是直径较粗的涤纶棉线,粗细程度为公制号数150号-公制号数2000号。
经线和纬线的编织密度为2根/厘米-10根/厘米。使用时,按照“建设部屋面工程技术规范”处理好基层后,均匀的在深层表面涂刷一层涂料,立即铺贴本实用新型提供的防水帘子布,并压实无折皱、无鼓泡、无白斑;边缘搭接不小于10厘米。如多层防水铺设,可重复上述步骤。
本实用新型优点是结构合理、面层厚、表面平整,纤维纵横分布均匀,耐老化、耐酸碱、耐侯性好,浸渍性好,可提高粘结强度,尺寸稳定,抗屈折,延伸率大,隔热保温、增加防水层厚度,保证防水系数,延长防水层使用寿命,价格低廉,是层面防水最理想的筋骨材料。
结合附图说明一个实施例:
图1是一种防水帘子布结构图,
该防水帘子布由经线(1)、纬线(2)编织而成,使用时,上面涂有防水涂料。经线(1)是玻璃纤维纱,其粗细为公制号数20号,纬线(2)是涤纶棉纱,粗细为公制号数2000号。编织密度均为4根/厘米。该防水帘分布可用于屋面、地下、洞体、隧道防水、防渗、防潮、堵漏,也可用于输油管道,化工生产管道,化工贮罐的缠绕防腐保温工程,还可用于各种卷材的胎体,玻璃钢制品的增强层。经青岛建工学院测试结果:

1、一种防水帘子布,由经线、纬线编织而成,其特征在于经线或纬线是直径较小的玻璃纤维纱,粗细程度为公制号数20号-公制号数100号,纬线或经线)是直径较粗的涤纶棉线,粗细程度为公制号数150号-公制号数2000号。
2、按照权利要求1所述的防水帘子布,其特征在于经线和纬线的编织密度为2根/厘米-10根/厘米。
