Abstract

一种导电嘴,尤其是二氧化碳焊机焊枪的导电嘴,具有三角形或异形通孔。当焊丝通过导电嘴的三角形或异形通孔工作过程中,不论是哪个方向,都有至少两个导电点,从而降低了因导电不良发热而增加的通孔磨损,进而延长了工作寿命,节约了生产成本、提高了焊接质量和工作效率。

Description

导电嘴
本实用新型涉及一种导电嘴,尤其是二氧化碳焊机焊枪端头的导电嘴。
现有的二氧化碳焊机焊枪导电嘴中间均为圆形通孔(见图1和2),圆形焊丝在导电嘴中导电后进行焊接。当然,导电嘴通孔孔径略大于焊丝直径,焊丝(5)才能自由送丝工作。导电嘴通孔不可避免磨损变大。由于焊丝与导电嘴通孔之间的导电只有一个导电点(4)(见图3),固电流不能迅速传导焊丝(5)而造成导电嘴发热,增加了导电嘴通孔的磨损。更换上新的导电嘴,经过一段时间的磨损,导电嘴通孔总要磨大。这个问题一直困扰着焊割工业界,也给广大用户带来了操作上的不便,频繁的更换新的导电嘴,增加了生产成本,降低了焊接质量以及损失了工作效率。
本实用新型的目的是避免现有技术的上述不足之处而提供一种具有降低通孔磨损、延长工作寿命、提高焊接质量、节约生产成本和提高工作效率的导电嘴。
本实用新型的目的是通过下列技术措施来达到目的。
本实用新型包括有一铜质锥形体,在其一端具有螺纹,所述的铜质锥形体的通孔为三角形或异形。当焊丝(5)通过导电嘴三角形或异形通孔工作过程中,不论是哪个方向,将都是至少两个导电点。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本实用新型的通孔为三角形或异形,使焊丝通过通孔时至少有两个导电点,从而降低了因导电不良发热而增加的通孔磨损,进而延长了导电嘴的工作寿命,节约了生产成本、提高了焊接质量和工作效率。
