快调活扳手
本实用新型涉及一种手工工具，具体地说是一种快调活扳手。
目前的快调活扳手一般由扳体、扳口、齿条、钢球、弹簧、蜗杆等组成，蜗杆通过钢球和弹簧装在扳口体上的方孔中，方孔的两侧设有弧槽。使用时，用力向下拉动蜗杆，即可快速移动扳口，实现快调。上述产品当向外拉动扳口时，稍不小心，扳口就会脱离扳体，给操作者造成许多麻烦，使快调扳手不能快用。
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服现有快调扳手的不足，提供一种结构简单、合理、使用可靠的快调扳手。
为了达到上述目的，一种快调活扳手，其由扳体、扳口、蜗杆、钢球、弹簧组成，蜗杆通过钢球和弹簧装在扳体上的方孔中，方孔的两侧设有弧槽，其特征在于扳口下端的齿条里侧设有限位凸台。
本实用新型快调活扳手，由于在扳口下端的齿条里侧增设了一限位凸台，操作时当扳口被拉到扳体的滑孔外例时，限位凸台被蜗杆挡住，此时扳口位于最大有效开口处，扳手的开口量最大，且不能脱离扳体，操作十分可靠、简便。
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述。

从图1中可以看出，一种快调活扳手，由扳体1、扳口2、钢球3、弹簧4、蜗杆5组成，扳口2下端加工有齿条6，扳体1上加工有滑孔7和方孔8，蜗杆5通过钢球3和弹簧4安装在方孔8内，方孔的两侧设有弧槽，扳口2通过滑孔定位，其上的齿条6和蜗杆5咬合。转动蜗杆5，扳口可沿滑孔7移动，进行开口量的调节。本实用新型还可进行快速调节，使用时，用力向后拉动蜗杆5，此时钢球3沿方孔的弧槽后移，压缩弹簧4，蜗杆5和齿条6脱离咬合，可快速向里或向外移动扳口，实现快速调节。
本实用新型在扳口2下端的齿条里侧设有限位凸台9，如图2所示。快速调节时，齿条6和蜗杆5脱离咬合，当扳口被拉到滑孔最外侧时，高于齿条的限位凸台9可被蜗杆上的齿挡住，扳口位于最大的开口处，限位凸台起到定位作用，达到快调时扳口不脱离扳体的目的。
本实用新型结构简单、合理，操作使用方便，性能可靠，是一种理想的快调活扳手。
