Abstract

一种两用快调活扳手，其活动钳口右端是平钳 口，与固定钳口配合作普通扳手用，活动钳口左端为 管钳钳口，因此翻转180°可与固定钳口组成一个管 钳扳手，蜗轮上装有离合器，按动离合器，可使蜗轮与 活动钳口下部蜗杆脱、合，因此可根据需要调整钳口、 工作轻快、可靠，实现一钳多用，提高了工作效率。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种快调两用扳手属于手动工具的技术领域。
目前钳工使用的扳手种类繁多，普通活动扳手大都利用蜗轮蜗杆来调节扳手钳口的宽度，其缺点是因为用手指转动蜗轮调距速度缓慢，操作不便，最近虽有快带调节活扳手，但实现“快速”调距仍用手指推开蜗轮，这样不仅可靠性和稳定性差而且机械强度也弱，这些问题亟待改进。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种加有离合器的快调两用活扳手，它不仅能快速调整扳手钳口宽度，且机械强度好，可靠、稳定，速可以反转活动钳口变成管钳。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，是在快速调整活扳手的基础上，增加一个离合器，使活动钳口反转180°使用。

兹结合附图对本实用新型的结构进一步详述于下：
由图1，扳手有固定钳口（1），活动钳口（2）是一个具有两种用途的钳口，右侧为普通平钳口，与固定钳口相配合，可作普通活扳手使用。钳口（2）的左侧是一个能活动装有支撑弹簧（7）的管钳钳口，当把活动钳口（2）反转180°，使管钳钳口（6）与固定钳口（1）的中段的锯齿状的管钳钳口（8）组成一个管子钳，可用来扳动管子类零件，固定钳在扳手头部大方孔两侧开有支承蜗轮轴（5）的缺口，蜗轮（3）通过蜗轮轴装入离合器4的框架之中，按动离合器的按手便可使蜗轮与蜗杆脱离，由此可以轻快自如地移动蜗杆，当移动到钳口合适宽度时，移开手指，蜗轮复与蜗杆自动啮合，微调蜗轮即可将工件夹紧。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型两用快调活扳手具有下列的优点：
1、设有带按手的离合器，使调整钳口距离既快速又省力，显著提高效率。
2、活动钳口既可作平钳口扳手使用，在活动钳口翻转180°时又可作管钳使用。

Claims (1)

1、一种两用快调活扳手，其特征在于活扳手有固定钳口(1)，活动钳口(2)右侧是带有平钳口，其左侧是一个能活动且装有支撑弹簧(7)的管钳钳口，反转180°与固定钳口(1)的管钳口(8)相配合组成管钳，在活扳手头部大方孔两侧开有支撑蜗轮轴的缺口，蜗轮(3)通过蜗轮，轴装入离合器(4)的框架中，离合器(4)带有按手，固定钳口(1)中段有锯齿状的管钳钳口(8)。
