简易自卡扳手
本实用新型涉及一种扳手,尤其是一种简易自卡扳手。
目前,人们所使用的螺丝扳手,不但要根据所扳的螺帽尺寸进行调节,使其卡口卡紧螺帽,而且每扳动一定角度,需要将卡口取出,重新对准重新调整。这样,不仅使用不方便,而且影响工作效率。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种简易自卡扳手,它不仅使用方便,而且能提高工作效率。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在包括卡槽和旋柄的扳手中,将卡槽做成锐角型,锐角的一边经轴销固定在旋柄上,把旋柄的顶端做成弧型齿。旋柄的顶部落入卡槽锐角内。
使用本实用新型时,只需将卡槽放在螺帽上,扳动旋柄,即可取出螺丝。由于卡槽呈锐角,放在螺帽,锐角的两边正好与螺帽两条边相贴,扳动旋柄,旋柄顶端的弧型齿将紧紧卡住螺帽,旋转旋柄,螺丝会随着旋柄转动,从而达到松下螺丝的作用。
采用上述方案,结构简单,使用方便,工作效率高。

图2是图1的工作状态图。
由图1可知:本实用新型由卡槽1和旋柄2组成。它的结构特征是:卡槽1呈锐角型,锐角的一边经轴销固定在旋柄2上,旋柄2的顶端呈弧型齿。
从图2可知:本实用新型在使用时,卡槽1的两边与螺帽的两条边相贴,旋柄2的弧型齿卡在螺帽的另一边上,螺帽三面受力,得到紧固。旋转扳手,螺丝随之转动。
