高效环保节能炉是由锅壳、炉胆、炉拱、热管、炉排所构成,炉拱采用全覆盖炉拱,在炉拱烟出口与锅壳外装有的L型旋风燃烬分离器呈切向相通,在炉胆顶处固定有多个热管,采用全覆盖炉拱,绝热燃烧室,旋转热二次风,烟道中布置了大量的具高导热性能的热管元件来吸烟气中的热量,满足锅炉出力的要求。具有升温,产汽速度快,热效率高,锅炉寿命长,永不结垢的特点。

高效环保节能炉
本实用新型属于锅炉领域,是涉及一种对现有工业锅炉和生活锅炉的改进。
目前,在小容量立式工业锅炉、生活锅炉中,辐射受热面(炉胆、炉胆顶等)裸露在炉膛内,使炉膛水冷度过大,同时炉膛容积又相对偏小,这对燃料引燃、燃烧燃烬极为不利,只能燃用较好的燃料,且不能消烟除尘,脱硫固氮。近年来在一些新开发的锅炉产品上采用半纯热燃烧,二次风,反射拱等措施,大大地改善了燃烧条件,消烟降尘效果也明显提高,但由于结构限制,可燃物仍不能在炉膛内充分燃烬就进入对流烟道中,因此,不能有效地消烟除尘。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种适应各种固体燃料,可燃物充分燃烧,飞灰充分分离,具有高导热性能的高效环保节能炉。
本实用新型的技术方案是:采用全覆盖炉拱,绝热燃烧室,旋转热二次风,合理的炉膛容积使火床形成稳定的高温旋风燃烧。燃料燃烧产生的高温烟气经炉膛出口切向进入L型旋风燃烬分离器。消洁的高温烟气从L型旋风燃烬分离器出来下行,经U型烟道喉再沿冲开管排出炉外,在对流烟道中布置了大量的具高导热性能的热管元件来吸烟气中的热量,满足锅炉出力的要求。

本实用新型的积极效果是:本炉设计燃用除石煤、煤矸石以外的各种固体燃料,燃料来源广泛,适应性强,由于采用了炉拱结构,绝热燃烧室,旋转热二次风,L型旋风燃烬分离器等四项措施,能完全保证燃料迅速引燃,火床稳定的燃烧,可燃物充分燃烬,飞灰充分分离,能使燃烧室、燃烬室维持1200℃以上的高温,这对降低过量空气系数十分有利,有效地抑制了氮氧化合物的生成,在燃料中按一定比例添加固硫剂(如石灰石)即可实现脱硫,脱硫固氮彻底消烟除尘,降低过量空气系数,这在小型锅炉中是前所未有的,也是广大锅炉工作者刻意追求的则完全符合环保一类地区的要求。锅炉采用热管作为主要受热面,完全克服了以往水管、水火管锅炉的缺点,具有升温,产汽速度快,热效率高,锅炉寿命长,永不结垢的特点。

在图1中表示在锅炉壳3内装有炉胆4和全覆盖炉拱5,在炉拱5下面装有主炉排2和下脚圈1,炉拱5的出烟口14与装在锅壳3侧面的L型旋风燃烬分离器9切向相通,L型旋风燃烬分离器9由耐火温凝土制成,内壁面有螺旋上升的沟槽10及星罗棋布的麻坑11,在其底部设有副炉排15,在炉胆顶6上焊接有数个热管7,在炉体上加工有U型烟道喉口12与L型旋,我燃烬分离器9相通,在炉胆顶6上连有冲天管8。
