Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种铁路无缝线路辙叉用传力翼轨。其特征是在翼轨轨体的工作边一侧与间隔铁相接触的部位位置有一竖向的凸台。本翼轨装配于辙叉时,其凸台将与专用的间隔铁构成嵌合接触面,依靠该嵌合部分材料的剪切强度来平衡线路钢轨的温度应力,能有效地防止无缝线路出现的爬行和道岔部分的线路变形。

无缝线路辙叉用传力翼轨
本实用新型涉及一种用于铁路辙叉用传力翼轨。
现行的铁路辙叉翼轨用普通钢轨弯折而成,使用时与辙叉心、间隔铁等零件组装成整体辙叉。由于翼轨与间隔铁的接合面为光滑曲面,经螺栓紧固后只能依靠摩擦力来抵抗铁道线路的纵向力,而由于这个摩擦力很有限,难以平衡掉无缝线路中的钢轨温度应力,容易使无逢线路局部出现爬行,造成道岔部分的线路变形。
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题,而提供一种可有效平衡线路钢轨的温度应力,从而避免无缝线路出现爬行及道岔线路变形的无缝线路辙叉用传力翼轨。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种无缝线路辙叉用传力翼轨,具有辙叉翼轨轨体,在其轨体的工作边一侧与间隔铁相接触的部位设置有一竖向的凸台。该凸台沿翼轨侧向呈一C形,其横截面为矩形。
本传力翼轨以普通钢轨为原料,通过塑性加工使其在翼轨成形的同时在其工作边一侧成型一个C形的凸台,装配时该凸台与同其配合的间隔铁构成嵌合接触面,依靠该嵌合部分材料的剪切强度来平衡线路钢轨的温度应力,可有效地防止无缝线路出现的爬行和道岔部分的线路变形。

如附图给出的,本翼轨包括现行的辙叉翼轨轨体1,在其工作边一侧与间隔铁相接触的部位设置有一竖向的凸台2。该凸台2顺翼轨侧向呈一C形,其横截面为矩形。

1、一种无缝线路辙叉用传力翼轨,包括辙叉翼轨轨体(1),其特征是:在其翼轨轨体(1)的工作边一侧与间隔铁相接触的部位设置有一竖向的凸台(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的无缝线路辙叉用传力翼轨,其特征是:设置于翼轨轨体(1)上的凸台(2)沿翼轨侧向呈一C形,其横截面为矩形。
