铁路客车的壁中都布有接线槽,客车中的电器设备均通过线槽中的导线相互连接。现有的接线槽是由金属条板弯折的,断面为凹形的槽体和槽盖组成的;槽体的两个立壁上沿是倒V字形的,也就是两个立壁上沿有向下的弯折边,致使工艺复杂成本高。
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种加工简便的、成本低的、质量好的铁路客车接线槽。
本实用新型的技术措施是:以由金属条板弯折的、断面为凹形的槽体和槽盖组成的接线槽为基础;槽体的两个立壁是平直的;槽体的内壁和两个立壁外侧上部贴附有塑料热缩管材料的绝缘层;槽盖的内壁和外壁也贴附有塑料热缩管材料的绝缘层。

a槽体的两个立壁是平直的;槽体的内壁和两个立壁外侧上部贴附有塑料热缩管材料的绝缘层。
b槽盖的内壁和外壁也贴附有塑料热缩管材料的绝缘层。
