Abstract

本实用新型提供一种包芯线,由线芯和包皮组成,线芯是紧密填充在包皮内粒度小于或等于3.0毫米的金属钙粒,包皮是厚度0.2~0.4毫米软钢带,并以卷边咬口形式纵向包覆在金属钙粒外。主要用于炼钢的深度脱氧、脱硫,通过喂线机可方便容易地将金属钙加入钢水中,既安全,又便于控制加入量和速度。

包芯线
本实用新型涉及一种金属线,特别涉及一种包芯线。
目前在炼钢中的深度脱氧、脱硫一般采用喷射冶金法,将活性金属钙喷入钢水中,由于钙比钢水轻,易浮在钢水表面上,极易燃烧氧化,且直接加钙也极不安全,收率低。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用软钢带将金属钙粒包复成芯线,用于炼钢中的包芯线。
本实用新型包芯线是这样实现的,由线芯和包皮组成,线芯是紧密填充在包皮内,其粒度小于或等于3.0毫米的活性金属钙,包皮是厚度0.2~0.4毫米的软钢带,并以卷边咬口形式纵向包复在金属钙粒外。其中,芯线的横截面形状可以是圆形,矩形或其它特定形状,芯线的直径一般为6~25毫米,或长宽为6~14×8~25毫米。
本实用新型包芯线的优点在于通过喂线机可方便容易地将金属钙加入钢水中,用于炼钢的深度脱氧和脱硫,避免直接喷入金属钙时引起的燃烧氧化,使用既安全,又便于控制加入量和速度,采用该包芯线与喷射冶金法相比,投资损,占用场地小,金属收得率高,且成本低。

本实用新型包芯线由金属钙粒线芯1,纵向包复在金属钙粒线芯1外面的软钢带包皮2组成,其上有卷边咬口3。

1、一种包芯线,由线芯和包皮组成,其特征在于线芯是紧密填充在包皮内粒度小于或等于3.0毫米的金属钙粒,包皮是厚度0.2~0.4毫米软钢带,并以卷边咬口形式纵向包复在金属钙粒外。
