Abstract

本实用新型是一种伞巢拉线连接构造,包含有伞巢管体内壁拉线凹槽及采用单线拉线为伞中棒内有关自动开合构件之拉力构件,其拉线凹槽是由一拉线导槽及尾槽藉由一斜缩颈加以连接所构成,单线拉线是以下端所设绳结卡在拉线导槽与尾槽连接处的斜缩颈内,上端自拉线导槽上方伸出,在供连接伞中棒内的开合构件。

伞巢拉线连接构造
本实用新型涉及一种自动开合伞结构,尤指一种自动开合伞之伞巢拉线连接构造。
目前已有的简易储能式自动开合伞,其拉线构件是采用回线形拉线与伞巢相连接,其连接构造如图1所示,是于伞巢(10)之管体设一拉线凹槽(20)并于伞巢下端设一缺口(30),另设一可补偿缺口(30)之扣线体(40)等构件组成,回线形拉线(50)与伞巢相连接时是将其拉线回绕端(60)套入扣线体(40)之扣线槽(70)内,再将扣线体(40)装入伞巢下端之缺口(30)内即可完成回线形拉线(50)与伞巢的连接。回线形拉线(50)之另端是与伞中棒(80)内所装设自动开合之相关构件相连接。使能藉由伞巢(10)牵动自动开合之相关构件,达到伞自动开合之使用目的。但这种结构在扣线体(40)套扣拉线回绕端(60)并扣合于缺口(30)时,装配较为不易,且常发生脱落,不仅因扣线体(40)这个零件制造需要专用模具而增大了成本,而且在组装时亦花费较多的工时,外观亦有瑕疵。
本实用新型的目的是为解决上述伞巢存在的缺点,提供一种伞巢拉线连接结构。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:该构造包括有伞巢管体内壁拉线凹槽及采用单线拉线为伞中棒内自动开合之构件,其中拉线凹槽是由拉线导槽、尾槽及斜缩颈加以连接所组成,拉线为单线式,其下端以绳结卡在尾槽与拉线导槽之间的斜缩颈内,上端自拉线导槽上方伸出,连接伞中棒内的开合构件。
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作一详述。

图中:(10)为伞巢,(20)为拉线凹槽,(30)为缺口,(40)为扣线体,(50)为回线形拉线,(60)为拉线回绕端,(70)为扣线槽,(80)为伞中棒。1为拉线凹槽,11为拉线导槽,12为尾槽,13为斜缩颈,2为单线拉线,21为绳结。
如图2至图5所示,本实用新型之结构包括有伞巢(10)管体内壁拉线凹槽1及单线拉线2。
拉线凹槽1是由拉线导槽11及下端之尾槽12所构成,其中拉线导槽11的截面较小,以拉线在其中能自由伸缩为原则,尾槽12的截面较大,其以斜缩颈13与拉线导槽11相连接。拉线2是单线,其下端以绳结21卡在尾槽12与导槽11之间的斜缩颈13内,拉线2的上端自拉线导槽11上方伸出,以供连接伞中棒(80)内所装设有关自动开合之构件,因拉线2处在拉线导槽11内,对伞巢(10)在伞中棒(80)上的上下滑动不造成任何妨碍,更因拉线2以绳结卡在斜缩颈内,不但组装极为方便,且无脱落之虑,较之原有设计,可降低模具制造与装配工时的成本。
综上所述,本实用新型自动开合伞之伞巢拉线连接构造,其拉线凹槽是由拉线导槽和尾槽藉斜缩颈加以连接构成,而拉线由现有的回线形改为单线,此单线拉线以绳结卡在斜缩颈内,既避免了脱落,也节省了制造成本和工时,且不会影响伞巢的上下滑动,其构造不仅具有新颖性与进步性,且能实现其预定之功能。

1.一种伞巢拉线连接构造,包含有伞巢管体内壁拉线凹槽(1)及采用单线拉线(2)为伞中棒内自动开合之拉力构件,其特征在于:其中拉线凹槽(1)是由一拉线导槽(11),尾槽(12)并由斜缩颈(13)加以连接所组成;单线拉线(2)之下端设绳结(21)卡在尾槽(12)与拉线导槽(11)之间的斜缩颈(13)内,上端自拉线导槽(11)上方伸出,连接伞中棒内的开合构件。
