本实用新型属于机械领域管道系列,用于外接支管道的装置。本管道不停运外接支管道的装置,主要技术采用密封垫粘附在卡箍内壁上,卡箍上有管接和阀门。当需要外接支管道时,将卡箍内壁粘附有密封垫的卡箍用螺栓和螺栓帽牢固的装卡在主管道上,将阀门打开,用钻头插入阀门于主管壁接触,将主管壁钻透,抽出钻头,关闭阀门,就可任意外接支管道了。用此装置其特点:不用停运主管道,不用割焊,不会引燃引爆,操作简单,使用方便。

本实用新型属于机械领域管道系列，用于管道外接的装置。
当前生产和生活中，所需用管道很多，往往根据所需，要从原有的主管道上另接支管道，由于管道内有压力，当前另接支管道，都是先将主管道停运，然后才能作业；把支管道用气割或电焊的方法，将支管道焊接在主管道上；管道停运，会影响四邻八家或千家万户的正常生产和生活，不得不把外接支管道的任务赶到大修时集中处理。又会造成人手不足。
为解决以上弊端，特设计一种不用停运主管道，就能随时把支管道接上的管道不停运外接支管道的装置。
本实用新型是采用卡箍上装有阀门的装置，在需要外接的主管道上，装卡上这种装置，将装置上的阀门打开，用钻头插入阀门，接触于管壁，把管壁钻透，抽出钻头，关闭阀门就完成了外接的任务，使用这种外接装置，可以按所需随时外接，又因它不用割焊，在易燃易爆的介质管道上也能安全作业。
本实用新型，由卡箍、密封垫、螺栓和阀门等组成。

该管道不停运外接支管道的装置，有卡箍(1)和(2)，卡箍(1)和(2)的内壁粘付有密封垫(3)和(4)，卡箍(1)上有管接(8)、阀门(9)，当外接支管道时，将卡箍(1)和(2)装卡在主管道上，串上螺栓(5)，放上垫圈(6)，拧紧螺栓帽(7)，打开阀门(9)，用钻头插入阀门接触主管道壁，将主管道壁钻透，抽出钻头，将阀门(9)关闭，就可任意外接支管道了，此装置我曾在20年前在自用管道上使用过，效果良好。

1、一种管道不停运外接支管道的装置，由卡箍(1)和(2)、密封垫(3)和(4)、螺栓(5)、垫圈(6)、螺帽(7)、管接(8)和阀门(9)等组成。其特征在于卡箍(1)和(2)内壁粘付有密封垫(3)和(4)，卡箍上端有管接(8)、阀门(9)。
