Abstract

一种由厚膜电阻构成的磨损传感器,它包括封装为一体的基片、敏感膜及引线。基片为树脂板绝缘片,敏感膜沿绝缘片一边设置。绝缘片上敏感膜下方两端设有两条对称的电极条,电极条端部接引线,本实用新型提供了一种接触式在线测量零部件磨损量的传感器,可制成微小尺寸,测量局部磨损量。

磨损传感器
本实用新型属于机械工程技术领域,更进一步涉及一种由厚膜电阻构成的磨损传感器。
当前,磨损的测量采用离线测量尺寸的变化,或测重量的变化,或测体积的变化而得到磨损量的。缺点在于(1)精度受到重量体积的限制,对于大重量、大尺寸的零部件是无法精密测量的。(2)所测磨损量是试样的总体磨损平均值,无法反映局部的磨损情况。(3)离线检测,无法自动化。(4)测量工作量大,枯燥、烦琐。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种接触式在线测量零部件磨损量的传感器。本传感器可以制成微小尺寸,测量局部磨损量。
本实用新型包括封装为一体的基片、敏感膜及引线。基片为树脂板绝缘片,敏感膜沿绝缘片一边设置。绝缘片上敏感膜下方两端设有两条对称的电极条,电极条端部接引线。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。

本实用新型实施例1是在树脂板绝缘片5上有两条对称平行的电极条3,在电极条3的上端丝网印刷有一层条形厚膜电阻体的敏感膜4,另一端经焊点2接出引线1,经模铸封装或直接插于待测部位。
本实用新型实施例2是在树脂板绝缘片5上有两条平行的电极条3,在电极条3的上端印刷有一层倒T型厚膜电阻体的敏感膜4,另一端经焊点2接出引线1,经模铸封装或直接插于待测部位。
本实用新型实施例3是在树脂基板绝缘片5上有两条平行的电极条3。在电极条3的上端丝网印刷有一层 型厚膜电阻体的敏感膜。另一端经焊点2接出引线1,经模铸封装或直接插于待测部位。
本实用新型利用电阻的线度变化推测电阻改变,而反过来,在磨损情况下,电阻值改变,便知线度变化,即磨损量的数值。本实用新型可作为磨损传感元件,可直接(或经封装)用于任何材料损耗的在线测量。

1、磨损传感器,它包括封装为一体的基片、敏感膜及引线,其特征在于:所述基片为树脂板绝缘片,所述敏感膜沿绝缘片一边设置,绝缘片上敏感膜下方两端设有两条对称的电极条,电极条端部接引线。
