本实用新型属于一种用于混凝土构件成型机上的模具,它包括有模座板上的内模,内模为全U型,与内模相对应活动安装有两个相对称的外模,内模与外模构成U型内腔。本实用新型能直接生产出全U型的混凝土构件,施工方便,防渗性能好。

一种模具
本实用新型属于一种模具，适合应用于混凝土构件成型机上。
目前，混凝土构件成型机上使用的模具，大都为立式平开箱，它是由内箱壁和一端铰接的外箱壁构成。采用这种结构形式，只能加工半U型混凝土构件。在施工中还需人工将两个半U型组合成U型渠道，这样不仅给施工带来不便，而且在两个半U型的衔接处容易渗漏。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能生产U型混凝土构件的模具。
本实用新型包括有模座板，在模座板的上面安装有内模，其特征在于内模为U型，与内模相对应活动安装有两个相对称的外模，内模与外模构成U型内腔，两外模连接处安装有锁紧总成。
本实用新型的内模与两个对称的外模是由安装在U型两端上部的转点活动连接。
本实用新型的内模与外模构成内腔为全U型结构，因而能生产出全U型的混凝土构件，无需组合，施工简单，防渗性能好。

本实用新型包括有模座板(10)，在模座板(10)的上面安装有内模(2)，内模(2)为带有一定高度的U型，与内模(2)相对应活动安装有两个相对称的外模(3)，此时，内模(2)与外模(3)构成U型内腔(8)，内腔(8)下面有垫板(9)，内模(2)与两个相对称的外模(3)是由安装在U型两端上部的转点(4)活动连接，两外模(3)的连接处是由锁紧总成(6)来固定的。
使用时，将两个对称的外模(3)，通过锁紧总成(6)固定连接好，由外模(3)与内模(2)构成的U型内腔(8)，向内腔(8)加入混凝土构件，同时由安装在模具一侧的震动器(7)震动加压，使之全部填满，要取出混凝土构件时，需先把锁紧总成(6)打开，把住安装在外模(3)两侧的手柄(5)，将两外模(3)通过转点(4)分别向两侧转动，到能够取出构件所需的位置，然后取出构件即可。

1、一种模具，包括有模座板(10)，在模座板(10)上面安装有内模(2)，其特征在于内模(2)为全U型，与内模(2)相对应活动安装有两个相对称的外模(3)，内模(2)与外模(3)构成U型内腔(8)，两外模(3)的连接处安装有锁紧总成(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的模具，其特征在于内模(2)与两个对称的外模(3)是由安装在U型两端上部的转点(4)活动连接。
