Abstract
本实用新型是一种利用列车行进风能的风力发电机,扁状锥形风筒的后端固定主轴装有风叶的微型发电机,风筒筒体设有与枕木固定连接的安装件,本实用新型具有结构简单,不受气候条件限制,工作可靠的显著优点。
Description
本实用新型属于发电设备,涉及一种用列车行进风能的铁道风力发电机。
目前,铁道沿线无人值守道口,因缺少供电电源,而无法装备电子安全信号设施。太阳能电源和一般的风力发电设备因受气候条件制约,不适宜频繁启动的上述设施使用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不受气候条件制约的可为普通小功率道口电子安全信号设施提供电源的铁道风力发电机。
上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:扁状锥形风筒7的后端固定有主轴装有风叶5的微型发电机4,风筒筒体设有与枕木固定连接的安装件2。
风筒7筒体进风口装有护网8;
风筒筒体后端为出风口,设有发电机4的带防水帽的出线端子3。
下面以附图和实施例说明本实用新型。

如图所示实施例,风筒7由合金铝制成,整体高度180mm,通过安装件2固定在枕木1上,其高度低于铁轨6,锥形筒体的进风口装护网8,防止异物进入,筒体后端为出风口,其内固定有带风叶5的微型发电机4,本实肆例的微型发电机为直流发电机,其转子为4极绕组,每组200匝,线径中0.23,转子直径35mm,风叶长度38mm3对。满载可输出12V 200ma电流,通过线缆接至用电设备,或做为设备电池的充电电源。出线端子3装有防水帽,防止腐蚀。
本实用新型根据列车上,下行决定按装方向,进风口应朝列车驶来方向,安装位置距无人值守道口的距离应符合铁路安全信号的要求。当急驶而来的列车驶过本发电机时,其风能灌入风筒使微型发电机工作,使道口信号装置提前工作即可。
本实用新型具有结构简单,不受气候条件限制,工作可靠的显著优点。

1.铁道风力发电机,由微型电机及风叶所组成,其特征是:扁状锥形风筒的后端固定主轴有装有风叶的微型发电机,风筒筒体设有与枕木固定连接的安装件。
2.如权利要求1所述的风力发电机,其特征是:风筒筒体进风口装有护网
3.如权利要求1所述的风力发电机,其特征是:风筒筒体后端为出风口,设有发电机的带防水帽的出线端子。
