Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种一次性使用的快餐用具。
随着人民生活水平的不断提高及节奏的不断加快，盒装快餐(方便面)的销售量急剧增加，但现有生产和使用的泡沫塑料制品快餐盒，由于难于降解而造成的环境污染，被专家们称为“白色污染”。
本实用新型的目的是：针对现有泡沫塑料快餐盒由于难于降解存在“白色污染”之不足之处，提供一种能自行降解，无污染，无毒，符合卫生标准的快餐盒。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：将由植物纤维粉碎料配以粘合剂模压成型的毛坯，表面喷或涂布胶层构成。快餐盒可以是方形、圆形的盘、碗、杯及其相应的盖。
本实用新型，具有如下特点：1、耐温、耐水，强度好，能满足盛装食物(包括饭、菜、汤)的要求；2、能自行降解，无污染；3、无毒，符合国家食品包装卫生标准；4、外表美观，能制成各种颜色或花样。
下面实施例结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述：
附图为圆形快餐碗的剖视图，图中，1为植物纤维基层，2为面胶层。其生产过程为：1、制作相应的模具；2、将稻草、麦草、蔗渣、稻谷壳等粉碎后的单种或多种混料，配以无毒级粘合剂；3、模压成型，得到毛坯基层(1)；4、喷涂面胶层(2)，面胶选用食用级面胶。5、干燥后即成。

1、一种快餐盒，包括方形、圆形的盘、碗、杯及其相应的盖，其特征为：由植物纤维基层(1)和喷或涂于基层表面的胶层(2)构成。
