Abstract

一种自行车轮灯装置,包括壳体和发电机,在壳体内设有一对相互啮合的大、小齿轮,大齿轮的端面上设有与之制成一体的偏心重锤块,小齿轮与发电机同轴相联,发电机的输出端连接有发光照明元件。本实用新型装设在自行车轮辐条间,车轮转动时,偏心重锤块产生驱动力矩,使发电机带动发光照明元件工作,从而使人们在夜间骑驶自行车时,能获得良好的信号照明效果,避免自行车夜间交通事故的发生。

自行车轮灯装置
本实用新型涉及一种自行车轮灯装置，是一种设置在自行车车轮辐条间的信号照明装置。
相当多的自行车都装有轮灯(又称为回光片)，它装在自行车轮的辐条上。在夜间，当有外来光源(如机动车大灯、路灯等)照射在轮灯上时，它会在一定的角度上进行反射，提醒对方注意。若无外来光源，这类轮灯不起作用；即使有外来光线，但因其反射光线很微弱，行人或者其他车辆驾驶员稍不注意则不易发现，因此，容易造成一些事故，影响正常的交通秩序。
为了克服上述缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，工作可靠，能随车轮转动而发光的自行车轮灯装置。
本实用新型包括壳体和发电机，其特征在于壳体内设有一对相互啮合的大、小齿轮，齿轮的端面上设有与它制成一体的偏心重锤块，小齿轮与发电机同轴相联，发电机输出端连接有发光照明元件。
上述的自行车轮灯装置，其偏心重锤块为上小下大的楔形块，其底面为一圆弧面。
车轮在转动时，由于偏心重锤块与大齿轮制为一体，其重心偏离大齿轮轴心，在离心力与重锤块自身重力的作用下，将对大齿轮轮轴产生一个转矩，使大齿轮驱动与之相啮合的小齿轮快速旋转，由此带动发电机发电，从而使发光照明元件工作，起到信号照明的作用。
以下结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作以描述：

图2为本实用新型实施例装置在自行车车轮上的结构示意图。
参照图1和图2，本实用新型实施例包括壳体9和发电机6，在壳体9内设有一对相互啮合的大齿轮1和小齿轮4，大齿轮1的端面上设有与之制成一体的偏心重锤块3，小齿轮4与发电机6通过电机轴5同轴相联，发电机6输出端连接发光照明元件8。重锤块3为上小下大的楔形块，其底面为一圆弧面。
为了获得较好的信号照明效果，发光照明元件8可采用高亮度发光二极管，壳体9可采用透明材料，在高亮度发光二极管8的电路上，可串接一个限流电阻7。
参照图2，本实用新型装设在轮毂11与车轮12的辐条10之间，通过固定螺钉13予以固定。车轮转动时，偏心重锤块3的偏心力(即重锤块的重力与离心力的合力)作用在大齿轮轴2上，驱动大齿轮1带动小齿轮4转动，通过电机轴5的转动，使发电机带动负载发光照明元件8工作，从而达到信号照明的目的。

1、一种自行车轮灯装置，包括壳体和发电机，其特征在于壳体内设有一对相互啮合的大、小齿轮，大齿轮端面上设有与它制成一体的偏心重锤块，小齿轮与发电机同轴相联，发电机输出端连接有发光元件。
2、如权利要求1所述的自行车轮灯装置，其特征在于偏心重锤块为上小下大的楔形块，其底面为一圆孤面。
