Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种轧辊数控磨床测量臂臂杆安装结构,臂杆中部通过滑动轴承铰接安装在测量臂上,臂杆的上方安装有一其两端分别与臂杆和测量臂相连的受拉弹簧。每个轧辊数控磨床的操作台上安装有两个测量臂。被磨削轧辊位于两臂杆之间,臂杆在弹簧所施加的拉力作用下,其下端的测量头与轧辊辊身表面保持接触,在磨削加工的同时进行测量,以控制磨具的进给量,完成对轧辊的磨削加工。

本实用新型涉及种轧辊数控磨床测量臂臂杆安装结构,测量臂为轧辊数控磨床上控制磨具进给运动的测量装置。
现有技术中,轧辊数控磨床测量臂的臂杆是通过两个十字弹簧轴承安装在测量臂上的。十字弹簧轴承由十字弹簧、半圆形内套和圆柱形外套构成,两个半圆形内套内壁分别与十字弹簧的两个相临的簧片端部相连,两半圆形内套之间具有轴向间隙,两个外套套装在内套两端,并分别与其中一个内套固连。十字弹簧轴承作为臂杆安装在测量臂上的支点,由于其十字弹簧弹性力作用,臂杆下端的测量头有效贴在被磨削轧辊辊身表面,使测量臂能够精确测量出辊径和辊型。但在实际使用中,十字弹簧轴承损坏频繁,大约一周就要更换一次。由于外套与半圆形内套脱开,使测量头不能与辊身保持接触,造成磨床因无法测量而停机,影响轧辊的正常周转。更严重的是:由于十字弹簧扭曲变形,造成磨削出的轧辊的精度偏差和辊形缺陷,轧辊上机后调试困难,影响产品质量。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用寿命高,工作可靠,能够确保测量头与辊身表面有效接触的轧辊数控磨床测量臂臂杆安装结构,以提高测量精度,和轧辊周转率。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的。
一种轧辊数控磨床测量臂臂杆安装结构,包括测量臂、臂杆和测量头,测量头轴线垂直于臂杆安装于其下端,臂杆中部通过滑动轴承铰接安装在测量臂上,臂杆的上方安装有一其两端分别与臂杆和测量臂相连的受拉弹簧。
滑动轴承为铜轴承,由两端直径小于中部直径的变直径轴和套装在其两端小直径部分的轴套构成,轴套、轴分别与测量臂和臂杆过盈配合。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:滑动轴承与拉力弹簧结合有效地保证了测量头与轧辊辊身表面的接触,避免了现有技术中由于十字弹簧轴承内外套脱离和十字弹簧变形所引起的停机和测量误差,工作可靠,使用寿命高,提高了测量精度和轧辊的周转率。使所磨削出的轧辊的尺寸和辊型精度均得到了保证。另外,采用铜轴承,由于其本身具有良好的耐磨性,使轴与轴套之间能够保持其配合精度,进一步提高了使用寿命和工作可靠性。
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行详述。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型轧辊数控磨床测量臂臂杆安装结构包括测量头1、臂杆2、滑动轴承3、测量臂4和弹簧5。测量头1轴线垂直于臂杆2安装于其下端,臂杆2中部通过滑动轴承3铰接安装在测量臂4上。轴承3为铜滑动轴承,由两端直径小于中部直径的变直径轴3a和套装在其两端小直径部分的轴套3b构成,轴套3b和轴3a分别与测量臂4和臂杆2过盈配合。臂杆2上方安装有一其两端分别与臂杆2和测量臂4相连的受拉弹簧5。
每台轧辊数控磨床的控作台上安装有两个测量臂4,两测量臂4相互平行,其臂杆2下端的测量头1相对应。工作时,臂杆2在液压缸8及推杆7的作用下,其下端向两侧开启,轧辊11安装于两臂杆2之间。液压缸8复位,臂杆2在弹簧5所施加的拉力作用下,其下端的测量头1与轧辊11辊身表面保持接触,在磨削加工的同时,通过测量臂4上的接近限位开关10、基准点开关9和测量光栅探头6等进行测量,以控制磨具的进给量,完成对轧辊11的磨削加工。
采用本实用新型安装结构的测量臂,在现场轧辊数控磨床上试用半年之久,未发生任何故障,加工出的轧辊其尺寸和辊型精度均得到了保障。
本实用新型轧辊数控磨床测量臂臂杆安装结构同样适用于其它各种带测量臂的数控磨床。

Claims (2)

1.一种轧辊数控磨床测量臂臂杆安装结构,包括测量臂、臂杆和测量头,测量头轴线垂直于臂杆安装于其下端,其特征在于:臂杆(2)中部通过滑动轴承(3)铰接安装在测量臂(4)上,臂杆(2)的上方安装有一其两端分别与臂杆(2)和测量臂(4)相连的受拉弹簧(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安装结构,其特征在于:所述的滑动轴承(3)为铜轴承,由两端直径小于中部直径的变直径轴(3a)和套装在其两端小直径部分的轴套(3b)构成,轴套(3b)、轴(3a)分别与测量臂(4)和臂杆(2)过盈配合。
