Abstract

悬管式曝气机是一种污水生化处理用的曝气装置,它由提升泵、浮圆、导流管和电机组成,它悬浮在液面并可接任意长度的导流管。其曝气深度不受任何限制,可满足多种污水处理工艺的要求,用途广泛,安装维修方便。

悬管式曝气机
本实用新型涉及一种污水生化处理中使用的曝气装置。
现有技术中的曝气机如ZL93212866.1，因其叶轮提升力和导流筒的限制，曝气深度只有6～7米。随着工程占地日益紧张，为了保证曝气池的容积，污水处理工艺需要更大的曝气深度。其次曝气机浮筒浮力不可调，对不同的池深需要不同长度的导流管时，就要制造多种规格的浮筒，很不方便。另外曝气机没有特定的出水孔，更新的液面较平坦，与空气接触较少。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述曝气机的不足，为实现这一目的，本实用新型曝气机采用以下结构。
如附图，本实用新型曝气机由提升泵、浮圈、导流管和电机组成。提升泵为一圆筒，顶部安装电机8，电机通过主轴3带动叶轮2，叶轮选用提升效率较高的轴流泵叶轮。主轴通过轴承7安装在提升泵中心。提升泵上端侧面四周开有倒三角形出水孔6，出水能产生一定的水跃，增强了传质效率。提升泵外围有挡板5，浮圈4被固定在挡板下面。浮圈由多层扁圆形中央开有圆孔的泡沫塑料组成，增减其层数即可调节浮力。提升泵下端为进水口，可连接任意长度的圆形导流管1。
本实用新型曝气机悬浮在液面并可接任意长度的导流管，曝气深度不受限制，可满足多种污水处理工艺需要，用途广泛，安装维修方便。

1.一种在污水生化处理中使用的曝气装置，其特征在于它由提升泵、浮圈、导流管和电机组成；所述提升泵为一圆筒，其上端侧面四周开有倒三角形出水孔，其中央安装有主轴和轴流泵叶轮，所述浮圈由多层扁圆形中央有圆孔的泡沫塑料组成，浮圈被固定在提升泵外围的挡板下面；所述导流管为圆形长管，安装在提升泵下端进水口；所述电机安装在提升泵顶部。
