Description
本实用新型涉及一种水处理曝气设备,属于废水处理技术领域。
目前污水生化系统多采用传统鼓风曝气和机械表面曝气两种方法,传统的鼓风曝气虽然溶氧效果好,但设备结构复杂、造价昂贵、维修繁琐、占地面积大、噪声严重;机械表面曝气设备依靠位于水面上的叶轮转动,产生负压,吸入空气,完成充氧,运转时噪声小,但同样存在结构复杂、价格昂贵的问题,另外还具有设备安装要求高、运行机械故障多、溅水幅度大的缺陷。为了克服设备结构复杂、造价高、维修不便等不足,中国专利CN2337140Y公开了“一种水下叶轮曝气机”,其电机的动力轴带动空心转轴,空心转轴露出水面部分设有与大气接通的进气孔,与空心转轴底端联接的叶轮轴上设有出气孔,叶轮轴上设有叶轮,其工作原理是通过叶轮旋转吸入空气,并将空气切成微气泡达到曝气目的,这种设备具有良好的经济效果,但由于空心转轴垂直安装,不具备良好的推流作用,导致水的混合效果不佳,只适用于小范围的水域曝气;该装置叶轮叶片的形状为简单的平面结构,旋转时产生的负压小,要达到一定的充气量,必须加大抽气功率,动力消耗大,再加上叶轮轴上设置的出气口直径一般较小,导致该设备的供气量不大,供气量小同样使其使用范围受到限制。
本实用新型正是为了克服上述不足,提供一种结构简单、充氧效率高、功耗小、适用范围广的推流式曝气机。
本实用新型的改进之处在于曝气机倾斜安装而非垂直安装,由中空传动轴的底端口直接供气,水下叶轮的叶片设计成螺旋桨桨叶状。具体地说,推流式曝气机,其位于水下的叶轮通过套式中空传动轴与电机连接,露出水面的套式中空传动轴上设有进气孔,其特征在于电机倾斜安装于与大气相通的敞开式支架上,倾斜的套式中空传动轴底端口与水域相通,该处连接的叶轮至少由二片弧形叶片组成,所述的叶片呈螺旋桨桨叶状。电动机通过空心传动轴带动水下叶轮高速旋转,产生强大的轴向推动力和径向搅拌力,轴向推动力使轴下端产生负压吸入大量空气,径向搅拌力使水产生强烈的旋转,强烈旋转的水流将吸到水下的气体剪切成微气泡,提高了单位体积空气的表面积。由于采用了螺旋桨桨叶状的叶片,该叶片旋转时能产生强大的负压,加上中空传动轴底端口直接供气,其出气口直径较大,无需加大功率就可获得较大的供气量,减少了动力消耗。该曝气机产生的微气泡直径大部分分布在10-100微米之间,因而微气泡的比表面积很大,氧利用率高;另外由于这种曝气机倾斜安装在水中,具有很强的推流作用,有利于大面积的水流循环流动,避免产生死角,可满足推进式曝气要求,拓宽了适用范围。根据池中水位的高低和推流的要求,曝气机可以采用不同的安装角度,其中以20°-60°最佳,即安装于支架上的电机与水平面的倾斜角度为20°-60°,能使其具备强大的推流作用,提高曝气效率。当安装角度较小时,一般为小于45°时,设备运行中易形成空气旋涡,影响深度水域的曝气,此种情况下,可在曝气机斜上方设置方形导流板,导流板的设置能使该曝气装置氧的利用率达40%以上,3-4.5米深度的水流流速为0.2米/秒。
本实用新型所述的曝气机可直接安装在池壁上,也可安装在浮筒上,即将曝气机支架固定在浮筒上,浮筒通过缆索固定在水池中央。
本实用新型借助水下叶轮的螺旋桨桨叶状叶片,极大提高了充氧效率,不仅充气量大,且动力消耗低,曝气机倾斜安装,具有很强的推流作用,扩大了该装置的适用范围。本装置噪音低、安装方便、便于维护,传动简单,有效功率高、动力消耗低、使用寿命长,适用作氧化沟、普通曝气、氧化塘、河道等水处理设施的供氧推流设备,具有广阔的使用范围。

实施例1,推流式曝气机,位于水下的叶轮3由二片外形呈螺旋桨桨叶状的叶片构成,其通过套式中空传动轴2与电机1连接,露出水面的套式中空传动轴2上设有进气孔5,底端口为出气口,电机2倾斜安装于与大气相通的敞开式支架6上,其与水平面的倾角为60°。
实施例2,参考实施例1,曝气机的叶轮3由四片螺旋桨桨叶状的叶片构成,固定于支架6上的电机2与水平面呈20度角,曝气机斜上方设置一方形导流板4。
