Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种喷枪上用的针塞,其特征是针塞1头部前端有一种直径略小于喷嘴口4内径的圆柱体3,当针塞向前作关闭喷嘴2动作时,该圆柱体3能伸入喷嘴口4,清除喷嘴口中的残留物。该针塞具有既能起关闭或开启喷嘴作用,又能清除喷嘴口内壁上残留物的优点,是一种实用性更强的喷枪针塞。

一种喷枪上用的针塞
本实用新型涉及一种喷枪上用的针塞，该针塞用于喷嘴的关闭和开启。
喷枪中物料的喷射是通过针塞控制喷嘴的关闭或开启来实现的，当针塞在压力作用下前移，针塞头部园锥体封住喷嘴口，喷射停止，当针塞后移，喷嘴口开启，物料从喷嘴口向外喷射。现有的针塞的头部为园锥体，如图1所示，这种形状的针塞仅起关闭或开启喷嘴作用，而喷嘴口经多次使用，残留物料往往会粘附在喷嘴口内壁上，使用中喷嘴极易堵塞，必须经常清除残留物，疏通喷嘴，既影响工作，操作又不方便。
本实用新型目的在于提供一种既能起关闭喷嘴作用，又能疏通喷嘴口残留物的新型针塞。
本实用新型的技术方案是在针塞头部前端设置一直径略小于喷枪喷嘴口内径的园柱体，当针塞向前移动作关闭喷嘴动作时，园柱体同时伸进喷嘴口，将残留在喷嘴口内壁上的物料清除出喷嘴，防止残留物堵塞喷嘴。
图1表示已有针塞形状以及与喷嘴的位置关系，其中1为针塞，2为喷嘴。
图2表示本实用新型喷枪针塞的形状以及与喷嘴的位置关系。
由图2，本实用新型喷枪针塞1的头部前端有一直径略小于喷枪喷嘴口4内径的园柱体3，当针塞向前作关闭喷嘴动作时，园柱体同时伸进喷嘴口，清除粘附在喷嘴口内壁上的残留物。
综上所述，由于本喷枪针塞头部前端有一园柱体，使得本针塞在使用过程中，既具有关闭或开启喷嘴作用，又能清除喷嘴口内壁残留物，避免堵塞喷嘴，是一种实用性更强的喷枪针塞。

  1. 一种喷枪上用的针塞，其特征是针塞(1)头部前端有一直径略小于喷枪喷嘴口(4)内径的园柱体(3)，当针塞作关闭喷嘴动作时，该园柱体能伸进喷嘴口(4)。
