Abstract
本实用新型是一种塑料彩弹,是为了解决现有明胶弹受外界环境变化大,利用率低,和颜料弹对人体伤害及飞行的稳定性,两个半球极点有配重稳定块,球面含隐形网格,两半球对接而成,采用配重稳定块和隐形网格使塑料彩弹对人体无任何伤害,沿轴线稳定飞行,对环境污染小。本实用新型用于军队训练、模拟军事演习,尤其适用于射击体育运动和防暴弹。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种脆性弹丸,主要用于军队训练及射击运动的塑料彩弹,该弹由二个半球及液体染料组成。
彩弹是利用压缩气枪射击的弹丸,是警察和军队训练及模拟军事演习,尤其是国际上迅速发展彩弹射击体育运动必不可少的弹丸。目前广泛使用的是明胶弹,外壳用胶质材料制成一对半球,由于明胶溶于水,往往使用一种非溶性颜料,为了确保明胶弹留下的染色记号从衣物和皮肤上除去,染料应具有良好的褪色性能,为此通常使用可溶于水的植物染料,但是溶于水的染料对明胶有溶解作用,通常,将普通溶于水的染料混合在1,2-亚乙基二醇与聚乙二醇的粘性凝胶形成的混合物中,或在粘性凝体形式的丙二醇中,解决了染料溶解明胶的问题。但是明胶弹最大问题是外界环境破坏明胶弹的稳定性和有效利用,明胶弹随温度的变化,尺寸有较大变化;当气温高时,明胶弹变软变大,不仅卡弹而且极易在枪内破碎,当气温低时,明胶弹变硬,收缩出现凹陷,染料易结块也无法使用。另外明胶弹,着靶破裂后,部分切断的边缘将进入靶中,当靶是人时,通常会给人的皮肤留下割破打伤的痕迹。
中国专利93105709.4报道了一种颜料弹,弹壳内壁上刻有一组槽,每个槽间隔90°,并从第一极到第二极沿圆周呈放射状,控制和改进了破裂形式,当颜料弹碰到人体时,能够减少产生割破,打伤皮肤的危险。另外弹壳是由线型高聚物制成,线型高聚物分子沿着从第一极朝第二极延伸圆周线定向排列,使弹壳不透水,不受湿气影响。克服明胶弹的不足,但是没有从根本上解决对人体伤害的问题,弹壳内壁刻槽成本高工艺复杂,弹壳破碎时碎片大,碎片有槽棱仍有割划皮肤危险。另外弹壳中间接合部较厚,有可能造成弹壳不均匀性,使弹道轴心偏移,不能沿轴线飞行。
本实用新型的目的为克服背景技术的不足,设计一种对人体无任何伤害,飞行稳定,工艺简单的塑料彩弹。
本实用新型的构思:为了实现上述目的,达到弹壳的碎片对人体无伤害,必须要求碎片小,采用光敏剂含在弹壳中,用栅网格罩上,再用紫外线照射,被网格遮挡紫外线部分高分子不发生裂解,弹壳形成一种隐形网状结构,紫外线照射部分发生裂解,形成无数块条交叉裂纹,当碰撞靶上,就成了无数块碎片,染料易分散避免了对人体的伤害,为了达到飞行稳定,除了使重心和球心重合外,还必须使弹壳质量均匀对称分布,由于两半球中间接合部较厚不均匀,使弹丸飞行偏离轴线,为了克服其不足,在半球极点配上稳定块其质量等于接合部增加的质量。配重稳定块呈球缺形与半球连为一体,也可以是呈球冠形与半球粘接为一体。半球接口呈V型和T型,也可以是台阶型和平面型。
本实用新型由两个半球和染料组成,其特点在于两个半球的极点1、10有配重稳定块2、9,球面含隐形网格11,半球接口对接而成。本实用新型配重稳定块可以是球缺形与半球连为一体,半球接口呈T型接口5和V型接口6。本实用新型配重稳定块可以凸起呈圆形平台,于极点10穿孔形成进料口12。本实用新型配重稳定块可以呈球冠形13、15,半球接口呈平面接口14。本实用新型半球接口可以呈台阶型15、16。
本实用新型的优点如下:
1.局部碰撞整体破碎对人体无任何伤害,对环境污染小。
2.从未发生枪内炸裂、卡壳现象,不受环境影响。
3.沿轴线旋转飞行,稳定性好。
4.工艺简单易行,成本低。

实施例:1.本实用新型参照附图2-a和2-b实施1.1 半球的制备
半球壳体原料:热塑性高聚物聚苯乙烯,添加剂稀土元素光敏剂和着色剂咽脂红组成,其比例是95∶4∶1。经搅拌混合成均匀的混合物,在温度210℃、压力200Mpa,模具温度25℃下注塑成型,配重稳定块2与半球极部连为一体,配重稳定块2呈球缺形,其球缺底面直径6mm薄壁3从球缺2边缘到接合部4之间其厚度<0.4mm,接合部4为球缺2一半,其边缘为T型接口5,半球直径为17.5mm;另一半球配重稳定块9,薄壁8接合部7与上述半球一样,仅接口变为V型接口6。1.2 两半球的粘接
把两个注塑成型的半球,分别在T型接口和V型接口涂上溶剂氯仿,迅速对接,使其粘接成一个完整的球。1.3球内注装染料
液体染料由悬浮剂食用混浊剂、乳化剂丙二醇,防冻剂乙二醇染料咽脂红和溶剂水组成,其比例为5∶9∶10∶1∶75混合均匀成乳化悬浮液,用注射器注入的方法:首先在球的两极点1、10上,用激光打孔器打0.8mm的孔,再用注射器装满染料后,用胶封口。1.4 隐形网格加工
把塑料彩球置于铜制栅网格板上,盖上栅网格罩,架空于紫外灯中间照射4hr,使被照射部分内部高分子间键裂解形成无数交叉的微细裂纹,未照射部分,内部高分子不发生裂解形成隐形网格11。
本实用新型射击3000发未发生枪内炸裂卡壳现象,采用高速摄像看到塑料彩弹沿轴向旋转飞行;用动物和人作靶,塑料彩弹对人体无伤害,染料均匀分布,分散面大。碎片小,易分解对环境污染小。2.本实用新型参照附图2-a和2-c实施,制造工艺与实施例13.本实用新型参照附图3-a和3-b实施,制造工艺与实施例1基本相同,不同点如下:3.1 半球壳体材料采用硝化纤维素、稀土元素光敏剂和群青,其比例为90∶9∶1。3.2 一个半球极点10上有进料口12,内径Φ1.0mm。3.3 两个半球的粘接采用高频焊接,接合部4下的T型接口5和接合部6下的V型接口6通过高频电场,使其熔化而粘接。4.本实用新型参照附图3-a和3-c实施,制造工艺与实施例3基本相同,不同的是台阶型接口15和台阶型接口16。5.本实用新型参照附图4-a和4-b实施,制造工艺和实施例1基本相同,不同点如下:5.1 半球壳体材料:采用酚醛树脂、稀土元素光敏剂和食用黄色素其比例为89∶10∶1。5.2 两半球极部改换成球冠形其厚度0.2mm圆底面直径φ6mm材质与半球一样的配重稳定块13、15,半球和配重稳定块13、17粘接为一体。5.3 两半球的接合部边缘都是平面接口14。6.本实用新型参照附图4-a和4-c实施,制造工艺和实施例5基本相同,不同的是台阶型接口15、16。
Claims (4)
1.一种塑料彩弹由两个半球和染料组成,其特征在于两个半球的极点(1.10)有配重稳定块(2.9),球面含隐形网格(11),半球接口对接而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的彩弹,其特征在于配重稳定块是球缺形与半球连为一体,半球接口呈T型接口(5)和V型接口(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的彩弹,其特征在于配重稳定块呈球冠形(13、15),半球接口呈平面接口(14)。
4.根据权利要求2,3所述的彩弹,其特征在于半球接口呈台阶型(15、16)。
