空气炮,是冶金矿山料库、管道的破拱、清堵装置。它是由贮气筒和冲击阀组成。在冲击阀前部有先导电磁阀,与贮气筒连接部位设有排气管,冲击阀芯是弹性膜片,并开有阻尼孔。当先导阀进气时,膜片密封排气口并通过阻尼孔向贮气筒充气,当先导阀排气时,膜片迅速抬起,贮气筒内压缩空气迅速通过排气口向外冲去。膜片阀无机械间隙,不会被灰尘卡住,放炮后复位迅速,排气口的灰尘不易飞入内部,加工及维修都方便。

空气炮
本实用新型涉及一种矿山冶金各行业料库或管道清除堵塞起拱的装置。
在现有各类空气炮中,其核心是快速打开的冲击阀,其阀芯为活塞式,与阀体孔靠活塞环密封,由电磁气动换向阀先导控制,而充气时是通过活塞上单向阀向贮气筒内充气,放炮时先导阀排气,活塞失去平衡,贮气筒内压缩空气推开活塞,由排气口向外迅速排气形成冲击气流。因排气管都是与料库相通的,在放炮一瞬间,料库由靠近排气口附近的物料被冲击松动,较小物料和灰尘会沸腾飞扬,随着放炮后排气管中压力迅速下降。排气管中有部分灰尘和颗粒会逆向流进,进入冲击阀体和贮气筒,经过一段时间,贮气筒内沉积灰尘会逐渐减小筒内容积,而活塞也因间隙中混入灰尘杂物,活塞环被卡住阻力增加,造成冲击力逐渐减小,直到失去放炮的动作。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不使灰尘杂物进入内部,不使冲击阀失效,延长使用有效周期的空气炮。
本实用新型的目地是这样实现的:空气炮由贮气筒和冲击阀组成,冲击阀分为二部分,前部为进气腔,在进气口上装有先导电磁阀,后部为排气腔,在阀体中间装有排气管直接通向排气口,阀体侧面开孔并与贮气筒接通,中间有一块弹性膜片把前后腔与排气口隔断,并在膜片上开有阻尼孔。先导阀进气时,一方面压迫膜片封住排气管,同时通过膜片上阻尼孔向贮气筒充气,当先导阀排气时,进气腔压力下降,贮气筒内压缩空气就托起膜片打开排气管向外冲出。由于没有任何机械间隙,不存在被灰尘卡住,排气口一直是被膜片盖住,灰尘也不能进入阀体。
本实用新型与背景技术相比有益效果为:
1、由于冲击阀采用了膜片结构,不依靠间隙密封,无任何机械摩擦,就避免了活塞因灰尘杂物卡住而不能移动的缺点;
2、膜片为弹性体,移动距离不大重量比活塞轻,启闭时无强烈冲击,属快开型,就避免了活塞被压缩空气往复冲击在两端的撞击而产生的机械噪声;
3、膜片与排气口经常保持贴合,就避免了活塞放炮后不能及时复位,灰尘杂物逆向飞入阀体贮气筒的缺点;
4、本实用新型由于不用间隙密封,结构简单,加工精度及材料无特殊要求,装配及维修都比活塞式方便,经济性好。
现结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明:在附图中贮气筒1是贮存能量的装置,其通气管上装有冲击阀2,冲击阀2的前腔B由后盖5及先导电磁气阀6组成,后腔A有中央排气管3并与贮气筒1连通,前后腔由膜片4隔开,膜片4可在后盖5的空腔内升降,并盖在排气管3的管口上,工作时压缩空气由先导阀6进气通道进入B腔,压迫膜片4紧贴排气管3,使A、C腔断开,同时通过膜片4周边的阻尼孔向A腔充气,此时贮气筒1开始蓄能,当A腔压力与供气压力平衡时充气自动停止。当先导阀6得到放炮讯号切换,由进气换到排气通道,前腔B中压力迅速下降,膜片4就被A腔的压缩空气托起离开排气管3,A、C腔连通,贮气筒1中贮存的压缩空气就由排气管3向外冲击,释放能量形成放炮。

1、空气炮,由贮气筒和冲击阀组成,冲击阀分为二部分,前部为进气腔,在进气口上装有先导电磁阀,后部为排气腔,在阀体中间装有排气管直接通向排气口,阀体侧面开孔并与贮气筒接通,其特征在于中间有一块弹性膜片把前后腔与排气口隔断,并在膜片上开有阻尼孔。
