Abstract

一种由装有易熔塞、排气孔、手柄的锅盖和装有长手柄、短手柄的锅体组成的带有定位结构的密封可调式压力锅，其特征在于锅体上制有安放密封胶圈的翻边，锅盖上制有与锅体上翻边相配合的呈倾斜状的扣齿。本实用新型具有结构简单，使用方便的特点。扣齿呈倾斜状，可随关闭锅盖角度的变化而增加对胶圈的压紧力；锅盖上的斜齿与锅体上的弹性卡销相配合，能有效地对锅盖进行定位。适用于各种规格的家用压力锅，密封性能好，且能延长胶圈的使用期限。

带有定位结构的密封可调式压力锅，属烹调器皿。
普通压力锅锅盖的翻边与锅体扣齿间的距离为不可调，其密封胶圈在使用一段时间后常出现漏气，故只得弃之而更换新件。CN2106564U公开了一种密封可调式压力锅，其锅身口的翻边为完整圆环平面，在圆环平面以下的锅身上套入一个调节螺圈，它的上沿翻边上有与锅盖相应的扣牙，使用中锅盖可随调节螺圈的下移不断地压紧胶圈。虽可延长胶圈的使用期限，但结构复杂，使用不方便。
本实用新型的目的，在于提供一种结构简单，使用方便的带有定位结构的密封可调式压力锅。
本实用新型是这样来实现上述目的的。锅体上制有安放密封胶圈的翻边，在锅体长手柄处的翻边侧面制有半圆孔，长手柄内装有与锅盖上扣齿的斜齿相配合的卡销和弹簧，侧面装有控制卡销的调节开关。锅盖上制有与锅体上翻边相配合的呈倾斜状的扣齿，在锅盖手柄处的扣齿侧面制有斜齿。
本实用新型具有结构简单，使用方便的特点。扣齿呈倾斜状，可随关闭锅盖角度的变化而增加对胶圈的压紧力；锅盖上的斜齿与锅体上的弹性卡销相配合，能有效地对锅盖进行定位。适用于各种规格的家用压力锅，密封性能好，且能延长胶圈的使用期限。
附图一为锅盖结构示意图，附图二为锅体结构示意图。
附图一中，在锅盖4上装有易熔塞1和排气孔2，外圆周上制有扣齿3，在手柄6处的扣齿3上加工有斜齿5。附图二中，在锅体11的圆周上制有翻边12，一侧装有长手柄7，对应侧装有短手柄13。在长手柄7内装有卡销10，其外部装有弹簧9及调节开关8。
本实用新型的实施例为家用Φ20cm压力锅，以铝合金板材压制成型带扣齿3的锅盖4和带翻边12的锅体11，在锅盖4手柄6处的扣齿3上制出斜齿5，在锅体11长手柄7处的翻边12侧面制出半圆孔。卡销10及调节开关8用金属材料制作，弹簧9为外购件。

Claims (2)

1、一种由装有易熔塞、排气孔、手柄的锅盖和装有长手柄、短手柄的锅体组成的带有定位结构的密封可调式压力锅，其特征在于：锅体上制有安放密封胶圈的翻边， 在锅体长手柄处的翻边侧面制有半圆孔，长手柄内装有与锅盖上扣齿的斜齿相配合的卡销和弹簧，侧面装有控制卡销的调节开关。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带有定位结构的密封可调式压力锅，其特征在于：锅盖上制有与锅体上翻边相配合的呈倾斜状的扣齿，在锅盖手柄处的扣齿侧面制有斜齿。
