本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它是由锅体，锅底，手把组成，其特征在于锅体上末端周边向外伸出设有凸沿，手把设在锅体外壁上，锅底处设有铝片，不锈钢设于铝片上；手把与锅体壁相垂直成有一斜角a。
