一种用于建筑物的多功能防水卷材,由低密度聚乙烯薄膜保护层、防水兼卷材搭接粘着层、聚酯无纺布增强层、防水兼卷材搭接粘着层、低密度聚乙烯薄膜隔离层依次复合而成,具有防水性能好,抗高温零上100℃不流淌,抗低温零下-50℃不龟裂,密封性能好、抗拉强度大、抗老化达20年以上的优点,采用自粘贴结构将本新型应用于施工中方便省时省力。

Description

多功能防水卷材
本实用新型涉及建筑物用柔性材料屋面复盖层,特别是采用复合材料和叠层材料制作的多层防水卷材。
与本实用新型最为接近的已有技术为一种用于建筑工程的自粘贴隔热防水卷材,由反射隔热层、粘胶复合层、纤维增强层、粘胶复合层、高分子共聚物柔性卷材基层、粘胶自粘贴层及薄膜护离层依次胶合而成,具有防水抗渗性能和优良的隔热性能,延伸率大、抗拉强度高、耐震裂、折裂,使用时将其贴于建筑屋面或地面上,施工方便省事,存在的缺点是:①、只有一层防水层,厚度薄,粘着力差,尤其是在寒冷地区不适用;②、卷材的搭接处不能实现二者合为一体,易出现渗漏现象;③、基层的粘着不牢。
本实用新型的任务是:提供一种抗高低温、防水性能好、机械强度高、不易老化、造价低廉,尤其是卷材搭接处严密,施工使用方便的卷材。
本实用新型的任务是以如下方式实现的:它由低密度聚乙烯薄膜保护层、防水兼卷材搭接粘着层、聚脂无纺布增强层、防水兼卷材搭接粘着层、低密度聚乙烯薄膜隔离层依次胶合而成。
本实用新型由于将聚脂布增强层设在两道防水层之间,使防水层又保护增强层、增强层又增强防水层,使增强层更持久有效;由于设二道防水层,总厚度达4.0mm,其厚度超过其它高分子合成卷材一倍以上,测试结果表明,使用5年后,表皮可有一层老化层,其老化层成为深层防水层的抗老化体,使其老化更缓慢,保持防水性能更持久;由于二道防水层选用同种材质,其亲和性最佳,所以搭接处牢固;由于防水层选用聚氯乙烯树脂、聚乙烯树脂、再生橡胶粉等高分子化工原料,以煤焦油为载体合成,具有零上100℃不流淌、零下-50℃不龟裂,-20℃仍弹性良好,抗老化达20年以上的优点;低密度聚乙烯薄膜它不仅密封性能好、抗拉强度大,作为上层使用两年后可以融溶于防水层表面形成一层优质保护层,作为底层,不仅能达到隔离防粘的目的,而且在施工时有利于揭去,采用自粘法铺贴。

本实用新型的一个最佳实施例,如图,聚脂无纺布增强层3抗拉强度在100μ/3cm以上,将其设在两防水层2、4之间,防水层由聚氯乙烯树脂、聚乙烯树脂、再生橡胶粉等高分子化工原料以煤焦油为载体而合成,其粘着力很强,可将保护层、隔离层自粘其上,保护层1、隔离层5采用低密度聚乙烯材料制作,其抗拉强度300μ/3cm。其制作工艺是:以无纺布增强层为基布,其一面刮涂防水卷材搭接粘着层后自粘保护层,将另一面刮涂防水卷材粘着层后自粘隔离层。
本实用新型卷材在施工应用时,只需将底层薄膜揭去,露出胶面,即可粘着在屋面基层上,在与已铺贴卷材搭接时,只需把已铺卷材搭接处保护层薄膜撕去一条,便可使上下层卷材搭接严密。
为了保证卷材搭接质量,在屋面铺贴完卷材之后,可刷一道反光涂料,抗老化、反光隔热。

1、一种多功能防水卷材,它由多层材料复合而成,其特征在于:多层材料依次为低密度聚乙烯薄膜保护层、防水兼卷材搭接粘着层、聚脂无纺布增强层、防水兼卷材搭接粘着层、低密度聚乙烯薄膜隔离层。
