Abstract

一种横向不等厚钢条，钢条宽度为20-30mm，钢条较厚一端厚度为6-8mm，钢条较薄一端厚度为1.5-2mm，钢条横向厚度递减均匀。其用一块钢坯经轧钢机多道轧制而成，用于制作菜刀。根据制作菜刀的大小，把钢条切断，然后在较薄的一侧焊接一块薄钢板，在较厚的一侧的顶端焊接一个刀把，接着打磨抛光，菜刀即制作而成。使用这种横向不等厚钢条生产菜刀，有利于菜刀的大批量生产。

一种横向不等厚钢条
本实用新型属于轧钢领域。
在目前的轧钢产品中，有圆钢、板材、型钢三大系列多种品种，而这众多品种没有一种可作为菜刀的刀背。所以，目前制作菜刀的方法是：用一整块钢，加热后，反复敲打而成。制作复杂，生产效率低。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可作为刀背的横向不等厚钢条。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：把一块钢坯，经轧钢机多道轧制后，轧制成一种宽度适当，横向厚度均匀递减的横向不等厚钢条。
图1为横向不等厚钢条横断面剖示图。
下面结合附图作进一步详细说明：
如图1所示，端面1厚度为1.5--2.0mm，端面2厚度为6.0--8.0mm，端面1和端面2之间的距离为20.0--30.0mm，端面1至端面2之间厚度递减均匀。
用户根据所需制作菜刀的大小，把这种横向不等厚钢条均长切断，然后在端面1处焊接一块薄钢板，在端面2的顶端焊接一个刀把，再把焊接好的刀打磨抛光，菜刀即制作而成。这种制作方法提高了生产效率，有利于菜刀大批量生产。

1、一种横向不等厚钢条，其特征在于：钢条宽度为20.0--30.0mm，钢条厚度较厚的一端的厚度为6.0--8.0mm，钢条厚度较薄的一端的厚度为1.5--2.0mm，钢条横向厚度递减均匀。
