本实用新型涉及一种带有开孔的热熔粘结薄膜。
对纸板、皮革、织物、塑料等材料的热熔粘结,通常采用涂敷工艺,将粘结剂置于待粘结材料之间加压粘结,其缺点是工艺复杂,生产效率低,劳动条件较差。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带有开孔的热熔粘结薄膜,以取代现有的涂敷工艺。
本实用新型的任务是这样实现的。由强改性聚丙烯或聚乙烯共聚物制成热熔粘结薄膜,膜厚0.05毫米左右,膜上开有用于排气的众多的均匀分布的开孔,开孔可以是细缝,也可以是针孔。将此种薄膜置于待粘结的材料层间热压,由于薄膜上有众多开孔便于热压时层间残留气体自粘结层区域排除,从而保证良好的粘结强度。
现结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1为本实用新型实施例之一的结构示意图。
本实用新型热熔粘结薄膜,其特征是:在薄膜1上有均匀分布的众多的开孔2,开孔2可以是细缝,也可以是针孔。作为一个实施例,图1展示的是开孔为细缝的热熔粘结薄膜,缝长a4.3-5.3毫米,缝的纵向间距b2.8-4.0毫米,缝的横向间距c1.8-2.0毫米。这种带有开孔的热熔粘结薄膜在张力的作用下,其开孔就形成网格状通孔。可以制成材料宽为1.26米、总长为500米的卷筒状产品供工业应用。
本实用新型用于热熔粘结纸板、木材、织物、皮革、金属、塑料等材料,有利于改善劳动条件,提高生产效率,而且由于薄膜上有开孔,有助于充分排除粘结层区域残留的气体,消除气泡这种应力集中源,从而可以有效地提高粘结强度,保证粘结质量和可靠性。

4,根据权利要求3所述的热熔粘结薄膜,其特征是:所述的开孔(2)缝长a 4.3-5.3毫米,缝的纵向间距b 2.8-4.0毫米,缝的横向间距c 1.8-2.0毫米。
