Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种带缓冲装置的卷尺。它是由外壳、卷尺钢带及缓冲装置构成。缓冲装置位于外壳内的卷尺钢带的侧下方，它是由橡胶片、弹簧、活塞、空气室及阻尼片构成。本实用新型与现有钢卷尺相比因增设了缓冲装置而使卷尺末端的收卷速度得到缓冲，保证钢带钩在收卷时不会受到冲击，从而延长钢卷尺的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种带缓冲装置的卷尺。
现在人们通常使用的钢卷尺，在测量完毕收卷时，往往收卷速度过快，卷尺端部的钢带钩常因受到较猛烈的冲击而容易损坏，影响卷尺的使用寿命，同时也给使用造成不便。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能缓冲卷尺末端的收卷速度，使钢带钩不易损坏，且结构简单，使用方便的带缓冲装置的卷尺。
本实用新型通过如下技术方案实现，它是由外壳、卷尺钢带构成，其特征在于：在外壳内的卷尺钢带的侧下方设有由橡胶片、弹簧、活塞、空气室及阻尼片构成的缓冲装置，空气室位于外壳内的卷尺钢带的侧下方，空气室内装有活塞，活塞与活塞杆连接，弹簧套在活塞杆上，活塞杆的前端装有橡胶片，在卷尺钢带的前端设置有与卷尺钢带连成一体的阻尼片，阻尼片的长度略长于卷尺的出入口至橡胶片的距离。
本实用新型与现有钢卷尺相比因增设了缓冲装置而使卷尺末端的收卷适度得到缓冲，保证钢带钩在收卷时不会受到冲击，从而延长钢卷尺的使用寿命。

为了使本实用新型结构更加清楚完整，下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图中1为橡胶片，2为弹簧，3为活塞，4为空气室，5为活塞杆，6为阻尼片，7为卷尺钢带钩，8为卷尺钢带，9为外壳。
如图所示，本实用新型是由外壳9、卷尺钢带8及缓冲装置构成，该缓冲装置安装于外壳9内的卷尺钢带8的侧下方，它是由橡胶片1，弹簧2，活塞3，空气室4及阻尼片6组成。空气室4位于外壳9内的卷尺钢带8的侧下方，空气室4的壁面上设有漏气孔。馈掌 掖内装有活塞3，活塞3与活塞杆5连接，弹簧2套在活塞杆5上，活塞杆5的前端装有橡胶片1，在卷尺钢带8前端设置有与卷尺钢带8连成一体的阻尼片6，该阻尼片6略长于卷尺出入口至橡胶片1之间的距离。在收卷时，橡胶片1受到卷尺钢带8上附加的阻尼片6的撞击而使空气室4产生压力，阻挡卷尺钢带8的最终收卷速度；同时，因在活塞杆5上增加了压缩弹簧2，更增加了橡胶片1对阻尼片6的阻挡力，从而大大减小了卷尺钢带8的收卷速度，达到保护卷尺钢带钩7不易损坏的目的。

1、一种由外壳、卷尺钢带构成的带缓冲装置的卷尺，其特征在于；在外壳内的卷尺钢带的侧下方设有由橡胶片、弹簧、活塞、空气室及阻尼片构成的缓冲装置，空气室位于外壳内的卷尺钢带的侧下方，空气室内装有活塞，活塞前端与活塞杆连接，弹簧套在活塞杆上，活塞杆前端装有橡胶片，在卷尺钢带的前端设置有与卷尺钢带连成一体的阻尼片，阻尼片的长度略长于卷尺出入口至橡胶片前端的距离。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带缓冲装置的卷尺，其特征在于：空气室的壁面上设有漏气孔。
