Abstract
高温型空气炮,是冶金矿山建材等行业高温炉窑高温料库的排堵破拱的装置。空气炮是由贮气筒和冲击阀组成,冲击阀的进气部位装有先导电磁气阀,排气部位装有排气管,中间有可快速移动的阀片,而在排气管出口处安装了一只止回阀,止回阀和冲击阀之间用隔热材料垫开,工作时先导阀排气,冲击阀片离排气管,贮气管内压缩空气就由排气管冲出,推开止回阀向外冲击,放炮停止时止回阀关闭,防止热气流进入冲击阀。
Description
本实用新型的技术领域是冶金矿山建材行业的炉窑或料库对高温物料进行清堵、破拱的装置。
一般空气炮由于其冲击阀结构是有间隙配合,有密封件等不耐高温的材料,当受到大于80℃高温就会发生变形或老化,造成冲击阀失效,空气炮不能使用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能在介质温度≤600℃的情况下,能正常工作的空气炮。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:空气炮的主体由贮气筒和冲击阀组成,在冲击阀内分成进气腔和排气腔二部分,进气腔装有先导电磁气阀、排气腔连通贮气筒,并装有排气管,二腔间有阀片隔开,在冲击阀的排气口处加装一只止回阀,中间用隔热垫片垫开,锥形阀芯拉杆上有复位弹簧,压迫阀芯紧贴在阀座上,出口处有排气筒直通排气管。不放炮时止回阀受弹簧作用一直关闭,排气管中热气流只能进入排气筒而不会进入冲击阀,阀体热量由于有隔热垫片也不会全部传导到冲击阀;放炮时冲击阀的先导电磁气阀排气、阀片升起,打开贮气筒与排气口的通路。冲击气流推开止回阀内的锥形阀芯,经排气筒由排气管向外冲击,放炮停止时止回阀又呈关闭状态。
本实用新型与背景技术相比所具有的有益效果为:1、高温空气被止回阀挡住,冲击阀不会因对流传热温度升高;2、止回阀还可以挡住放炮结束时逆向飞进的灰尘杂物;3、隔热垫片把各连接管道和阀体互相分隔,使热传导速度大大降低,保证冲击阀能在正常温度下工作。
附图为本实用新型实施剖视图,由图可见:止回阀体1的上端面与空气炮冲击阀7的下端面安装在一起,中间有隔热垫片2,不放炮时阀芯3由于复位弹簧4的作用总是与阀座5紧密贴合,封住热气流进入冲击阀通道;放炮时先导电磁气阀10排气,膜片9被贮气筒1的开缩空气抬起,冲击气流从排气口向下推开阀芯3,复位弹簧4被压缩,阀芯3下降至与排气筒6接触,通道完全打开,冲击气流由排气筒6的通道经排气管8迅速冲出;放炮结束时当冲击力下降至略小于弹簧压力时,阀芯3就被弹簧4抬起与阀座5贴合隔断通道,这个压力差虽然很小,但却可以防止热气流在放炮结束时流进冲击阀。

1、高温型空气炮,其主体由贮气筒和冲击阀组成,在冲击阀内分成进气腔和排气腔二部分,进气腔外部装有先导电磁气阀,排气腔与贮气筒连通,内部有排气管,二腔之间有做为阀芯的膜片隔开,其特征是:在冲击阀排气口处装有止回阀,连接的端面上垫有隔热垫片,止回阀有一锥形阀芯,阀芯拉杆上有复位弹簧,将阀芯紧合在阀座上。
