本发明涉及一种高速离心风机配套专用消声放空组合阀，其主要采用消声底座通过紧固件连同穿孔板固定在阀体一端的法兰上，阀杆与蝶板固定连接，低噪音板与支承芯套及穿孔板依次焊接成一体，所述低噪声板与支承芯套和穿孔板之间形成一个U形空腔；外套紧固在消声底座上，外套和穿孔板之间形成的封闭腔内充填吸声材料，阀体内设有密封衬里，蝶板与密封衬里形成密封副。本发明结构简单、紧凑，合理；所用空间小，制造成本低；阀体的密封衬里耐高温并耐腐蚀，使用寿命长；吸声材料的更换极为简单方便。

高速离心风机配套专用消声放空组合阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高速离心风机配套专用消声放空组合阀，具体地说它是用于污水处理工程上高速离心风机启动前或停机前使风机出口接通大气并具有消声功能的机械装置，以确保主机的安全可靠性，属于机械机构技术领域。
背景技术
在已有技术中，污水处理工程上的高速离心风机都需配套放空阀，作用是保证风机启动或停机的安全可靠性。放空阀安装于风机出口处，使风机出口与大气接通，为了降低排入大气的空气动力噪声，在放空阀出口处需要安装消声器。目前多采用典型的筒式阻性消声器，此类消声器所占空间大，结构较复杂。由于风机排出的空气温度较高，场合湿度大，对阀门的密封材料和消声器中的吸声材料有侵蚀作用，降低使用寿命，致使经常更换阀门密封圈和消声器的吸声材料，使维修工作十分费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种高速离心风机配套专用消声放空组合阀，它不光制造成本低，而且维修极为方便。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，高速离心风机配套专用消声放空组合阀包括阀体、蝶板、阀杆、穿孔板、消声底座，所述消声底座通过紧固件连同穿孔板固定在阀体一端的法兰上，阀杆与蝶板固定连接，特征是：低噪音板与支承芯套及穿孔板依次焊接成一体，所述低噪声板与支承芯套和穿孔板之间形成一个U形空腔；外套紧固在消声底座上，外套和穿孔板之间形成的封闭腔内充填吸声材料，阀体内设有密封衬里，蝶板与密封衬里形成密封副。
所述消声底座、外套、穿孔板在靠近消声底座法兰处设有若干个接通大气的通孔，所述通孔同时与U形空腔接通；阀体内设有密封衬里，蝶板与密封衬里形成密封副，所述密封衬里用耐高温，耐腐蚀的氟橡胶制成。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点：
本发明结构简单、紧凑，合理；所用空间小，制造成本低；阀体的密封衬里耐高温并耐腐蚀，使用寿命长；吸声材料的更换极为简单方便。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述：
如图1所示：本发明包括阀体1、密封衬里2、蝶板3、阀杆4、支承芯套5、低噪音板6、穿孔板7、消声底座8、吸声材料9、外套10等。
本发明采用低噪音板6与支承芯套5及穿孔板7依次焊接成一体，中间形成一个U形空腔11；外套10紧固在消声底座8上，并与穿孔板7形成封闭腔，封闭腔内充填吸声材料9；所述的消声底座8、外套10及穿孔板7上靠近消声底座8的法兰处设有若干个孔12，使U形空腔11与大气接通；阀体1内设有密封衬里2(用耐高温，耐腐蚀的氟橡胶制成)，密封衬里2与蝶板3形成密封副，阀杆4与蝶板3固定连接；所述消声底座8连同穿孔板7一同紧固在阀体的一端(出口端)法兰上。
本发明的工作原理及过程如下：
如图1所示：当风机正常运行时，本发明处于关闭状态(即图示状态)，风机产生的压力空气通过风机出口处的过渡管道、止回阀等管件输入各用气点，本发明是安装在风机出口与止回阀之间的过渡管道上的，在风机停机前或启动前本发明打开(即放空)，作用是确保风机(主机)的安全可靠性。本发明的启闭是通过电动装置驱动阀杆4来实现的，当阀杆4带动蝶板3按图示箭头A方向旋转90°时，阀门被打开(开启)，此时风机出口处的压力空气沿箭头B方向进入阀门腔内，并通过低噪音板6沿箭头C方向进入U形空腔11内，低噪音板6上设有许多特殊的孔，能起到减压和消声的作用，这是“一次消声”，经过“一次消声”的压力空气进入U形空腔11后，再通过穿孔板7和吸声材料9组成的“二次消声”装置，最终沿箭头D方向排入大气，从而实现了消声放空的功能。
本发明已在污水处理工程上与高速离心风机配套使用，由于密封衬里使用了氟橡胶，耐高温、耐腐蚀，不需经常更换，使用寿命很长；消声部分采用了低噪音板和穿孔板、吸声材料组成的二次消声结构，排放的噪音完全能达到环保标准，而且结构简单，更换吸声材料十分方便。

1.一种高速离心风机配套专用消声放空组合阀，包括阀体(1)、蝶板(3)、阀杆(4)、穿孔板(7)、消声底座(8)，所述消声底座(8)通过紧固件连同穿孔板(7)固定在阀体(1)一端的法兰上，阀杆(4)与蝶板(3)固定连接，其特征是：采用低噪音板(6)与支承芯套(5)及穿孔板(7)依次焊接成一体，所述低噪声板(6)与支承芯套(5)和穿孔板(7)之间形成一个U形空腔(11)；外套(10)紧固在消声底座(8)上，所述外套(10)和穿孔板(7)之间形成的封闭腔内充填吸声材料(9)，阀体(1)内设有密封衬里(2)，蝶板(3)与密封衬里(2)形成密封副；所述的消声底座(8)、外套(10)及穿孔板(7)上分别设有若干个接通大气的通孔(12)，所述通孔(12)与U形空腔(11)接通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高速离心风机配套专用消声放空组合阀，其特征在于所述的密封衬里(2)用耐高温，耐腐蚀的氟橡胶制成。
