Description
本实用新型涉及一种汽车内饰顶棚。
目前，汽车内饰顶棚绝大多数是针织革棚，隔音、隔热效果差，安装工艺复杂，装饰效果差，还有一部分汽车的顶棚是由塑料空心板和粘附在该空心板底面的装饰面料构成，塑料空心板内呈蜂窝状中空腔，制作该种塑料空心板比较复杂，需要专用设备，由于目前国内没有这种设备，使一些汽车生产厂家需从国外大量进口上述塑料空心板，从而导致汽车内饰顶棚的制作成本增大。
鉴于上述情况，本实用新型的目的是提供一种可利用国内现有塑料加工设备制作的汽车内饰顶棚，使之降低成本。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它包括塑料空心板和粘附在该空心板底面的装饰面料，其特征是：塑料空心板内呈多个通道式中空腔。该种塑料空心板其隔音、隔热效果与进口同类产品基本相同，利用国内现有塑料挤出机即可生产。
本实用新型的优点是：其结构形式可利用国内现有塑料加工设备制作，且制作方法较为简单，可以替代国外同类产品，为国家节省外汇，降低生产成本。

附图是本实用新型的结构示意图。
由附图可知，本实用新型由塑料空心板1和粘附在该空心板底面的装饰面料2构成，其中塑料空心板1内呈多个通道式中空腔3。利用该中空腔3达到隔音、隔热的作用。装饰面料2可采用针织物品。塑料空心板1内的多个通道式中空腔3可利用塑料挤出机加工。
