本实用新型公开了一种汽车用水平平移式刮水器，包括无出杆气缸，无出杆气缸经管路与压缩空气连通，其特征在于：无出杆气缸驱动块A作左右水平移动，同时通过与该无出杆气缸连接的连杆，带动与该连杆连接的刮水杆也作水平方向左右移动。本实用新型具有工作可靠、刮水面积大等特点，适用于大客车、大卡车等挡风玻璃刮水。

一种汽车用水平平移式刮水器
本实用新型涉及一种汽车挡风玻璃刮水器，具体说是一种汽车用水平平移式刮水器。
目前汽车刮水器全都是采用扇形摆动或近似扇形摆动的方式来实现刮水的，且一般均由刮水器电机带动，如图2和图3所示。其不足之处是刮水面积小，影响驾驶员雨天驾驶的视野和驾驶安全性。
本实用新型的目的，在于提供一种能够拓宽视野、提高驾驶安全性的汽车用水平平移式刮水器。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种汽车用水平平移式刮水器，包括无出杆气缸，无出杆气缸经管路与压缩空气连通，其特征在于：无出杆气缸驱动块A作左右水平移动，同时通过与该无出杆气缸连接的连杆，带动与该连杆连接的刮水杆也作水平方向左右移动。
本实用新型与以有技术相比，具有显而易见的优点：用无出杆气缸代替刮水电机，工作可靠，用水平运动刮水代替扇形运动刮水，提高刮水面积，拓宽视野。
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作详细说明。

图3是另一种已有技术刮水器工作示意图。
如图1所示，是本实用新型一种较佳实施例结构示意图。由汽车产生的压缩空气，进入无出杆气缸，驱动块A沿轨B的方向，作左右水平移动同时通过与驱动块连接的连杆1和1′，带动与连杆1和1′连接的刮水杆2和2′也作水平方向的左右运动，实现汽车挡风玻璃的刮水。本实用新型无出杆气缸的行程长度可取汽车挡风玻璃长度的1/2。本实用新型适用于大客车、大卡车等挡风玻璃刮水。

  1. 一种汽车用水平平移式刮水器，包括无出杆气缸，无出杆气缸经管路与压缩空气连通，其特征在于：无出杆气缸驱动块A作左右水平移动，同时通过与该无出杆气缸连接的连杆(1′、1)，带动与该连杆(1′、1)连接的刮水杆(2′、2)也作水平方向左右运动。
