Abstract

一种室内的运动器,尤其指以爬行曲张动作产生运动,它包括前、后轮架及与其相连接的中央支杆,其中,前、后轮架分别是由横杆及其两端设置具有平面棘轮的滚轮,中央支杆的杆身与前轮架横杆用一个接头活动连接,而杆身末端用另一个接头与后轮架杆固定连接,此外,前、后轮架横杆上设置人体定位件,在前、后轮架横杆之间及前横杆前方分别设置前、后定拉环。从而,使运动者整个身体可作不同程度的弯曲和伸张。

Description

爬行运动器
本实用新型涉及一种室内运动器,尤其指以爬行曲张动作产生运动。
目前,常见的室内的运动器中还有一种能使整个运动器逐步移动,又以爬行曲张方式锻炼身体的运动器械。
鉴此,本实用新型的目的是提供一种爬行运动器,能支持以俯卧姿势运动者的手脚、并能整体逐渐移动。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:爬行运动器包括前、后轮架及与其相连接的中央支杆,其中,前、后轮架分别是由横杆及其两端设置具有单向棘轮的滚轮,中央支杆的杆身与前轮架横杆用一个接头活动连接,而杆身末端用另一个接头与后轮架横杆固定连接,此外,前、后轮架横杆上设置人体定位件,在前、后轮架横杆之间及横杆前方分别设置前、后定位环。上述滚轮设有中央通孔及棘轮室。上述后定位环直接用螺栓连接,而上述前定位环是由一套件和一转环构成,其中套件设有空心螺管部、且在管身开设轴向槽。上述后轮架设有两个分开的踏板。上述后轮设置的人体定位件是一中央座垫,而上述前轮架的人体定位件是两分开的踏板,且上述流轮内侧设有导件。
由于采用上述方案:使运动者整个身体可作不同程度的弯曲和伸张。

第一实施例主要包括前轮架10、后轮架20及中央支杆30,如图1所示,其中,前、后轮架10、20均设有前、后横杆11、21,并在该前、后横杆11、12的两端分别设置着地滚轮100。
参阅图1-3所示,在前横杆11与中央支杆30连接处设有一前接头40,后横杆21则与中央支杆30设有一后接头50。前接头40设有一适当长度的横轴管41,此横轴管41可在前端杆连接一直立套管42,另一纵向轴管42则向下延伸一插管44,使该插管44伸入套管42中,而自底部以扣环45予以组合。前接头40的横轴管41可穿过前横杆11,纵向轴管43则可活动穿过中央支杆30的杆身,另外,后按头50叠设横轴管51及纵轴管52供分别固定结合后横杆21及中央支杆30的末端。
如图1、4所示,在中央支杆30的杆身上,在前、后轮架10、20之间的适当位置设有可直接用螺栓固紧的后定位环31,在前轮架10的前方则设置前定位环32,该前定位环32是由一套件33及一转环34所构成,该套件33具有前伸空心螺管部35,在管身上开设轴向槽36,上述螺管部35设有小锥度,而轴环34则设有相对的内锥螺纹部分配合在螺管部35上;上述前、后定位环31、32均可随时加以旋松或固定,形成不同的前轮架10位移行程。
参阅图5、6所示,着地滚轮100除可设中央通孔101供穿过组合前、后横杆11、12的两端轴身12以外,并设置棘轮室102供置入一单向棘轮103。
如图1-6所示,后横杆21适当分开的两位置上、分别设置供人体定位的踏板60,以配合人体足底外形、且有系带61。
第一实施例使用动作如下(如图7-9所示):
使用者70先以蹲姿,使两脚足部71踏水踏板60上,双手的手掌部72则分开抓握在前横杆11,并先施力向前推,使整个前轮架10沿着中央支杆30向前滑行,使用者70的身体因而形成撑张俯卧状态,然后,由双腿用力,使整个后轮架20往前移,中央支杆30同步移动往前伸出,达到爬行运动的功能。
在前轮架10以双手前推,后轮架20以双脚用力前移的过程中,前、后定位环31、32作为行程定位用,所以,前、后定位环31、32固定在不同位置,除可作为配合不同高度使用者,同时还能形成不同高低的爬行曲度。
由于使用时,必需手脚并用、且以俯卧方式爬行,因此,整个身体的各部位均可得到相当充分的运动健身效果。
第二实施例,如图10所示,在后横杆21接近中央位置组合一座垫90,而两踏板600则结合在前横杆11,另外在前横杆10两端滚轮100的内侧面,则可分别设有导件91,供穿过适当长度的拉绳92,该拉绳92一端设有把手93,另一端94则可配合附件95固定在后横杆21上。
第二实施例使用动作如下(如图11所示):
使用者700能以坐姿方式运动,使臀部大于座垫90,两脚则前伸放置在踏板600,在两脚施力前推时,前轮架10因受力而向前;当双手对拉绳92施力时,将拖带人体重量,同时后轮架20向前,然后再以又脚推出前轮架的重要动作,即能达到运动效果。

1、一种爬行运动器,其特征是:它包括前、后轮架及与其相连接的中央支杆,其中,前、后轮架分别是由横杆及其两端设置具有单向棘轮的滚轮,中央支杆的杆身与前轮架横杆用一个接头活动连接,而杆身末端用另一个接头与后轮架横杆固定连接,此外,前、后轮架横杆上设置人体定位件,在前、后轮架横杆之间及横杆前方分别设置前、后定位环。
2、按权利要求1所述爬行运动器,其特征是:上述滚轮设有中央通孔及棘轮室。
3、按权利要求1所述爬行运动器,其特征是:上述后定位环直接用螺栓连接,而上述前定位环是由一套件和一转环构成,其中套件设有空心螺管部、且在管身开设轴向槽。
4、按权利要求1所述爬行运动器,其特征是:上述后轮架设有两个分开的踏板。
5、按权利要求1所述爬行运动器,其特征是:上述后轮设置的人体定位件是一中央座垫,而上述前轮架的人体定位件是两分开的踏板,且上述流轮内侧设有导件。
