Abstract

本实用新型提供的高分子吸水复合纸由高湿强纸或干法纸面层和底层(1),夹高分子吸水树脂(2)及粉末粘合剂(3)混合的中间层经加压复合构成。本实用新型具有超高倍率吸液性、良好的凝胶保水性及散点式粘合效果,不板结,可任意裁剪等特性。特别适合用于生产卫生巾、尿不湿等卫生吸水用品。

Description

高分子吸水复合纸
本实用新型涉及一种能用于医疗、保健卫生和日常生活等方面的吸水复合纸,特别是能制成卫生巾、吸水床垫、尿不湿等产品的高分子吸水复合纸。
一般的卫生巾、尿不湿等均采用纤维作为其吸水材料,其不足之处是:它是靠毛细现象和纤维膨胀而吸水和蓄水的,其吸水量较低,仅有20倍左右(重量比)且可因挤压而将所吸之水部分或全部压出,影响使用效果。
本实用新型的目的就是设计一种吸水性强,有良好的凝胶保水性,可任意裁剪的高分子吸水复合纸。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下结构实现的:高分子吸水复合纸,其特征在于:由高湿强纸或干法纸面层和底层夹高分子吸水树脂及粉末粘合剂混合的中间层经加压复合构成。
本实用新型由于采用高分子吸水树脂吸水,因而具有如下优点:
1、吸水性强,其吸水量大约在100~200倍(重量比)。
2、有良好的凝胶保水性,因为高分子吸水树脂在吸水后呈凝胶状态,吸收的水几乎挤压不出不来。
3、由于高分子吸水树脂与粉末粘合剂是混合散点式粘合,因而粘合后不板结,可任意裁剪。
