一种改进的人工髋关节
本实用新型涉及一种改进的、经股骨大转子螺栓固定的直柄式人工髋关节。
目前经常使用的人工髋关节主要分为弯柄式和直柄式两大类。它们具有共同的缺点：即安装后应力主要集中在股骨距和股骨上段外侧骨皮质，由于受力不均，常在安装后出现人工髋关节松动，影响治疗效果，甚至造成股骨距或股骨上段外侧骨皮质臂裂骨折等严重后果。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种应力分布均匀、治疗效果好的改进的人工髋关节。
本实用新型是这样实现的，该产品由关节球头、关节颈部、关节肩台、关节柄部和螺栓所组成，关节柄部之中心线为一直线，其柄头部设有螺丝孔道，位于髋关节外的螺栓经股骨大转子与螺丝孔道相吻合。

本实用新型由关节球头(1)、关节颈部(2)、关节肩台(3)、关节柄部(4)和螺栓(5)所组成，关节球头(1)可外接人工髋臼或置入人体髋臼，关节柄部(4)之中心线为一直线，其柄头部设有螺丝孔道(6)，位于髋关节外的螺栓(5)经股骨大转子与螺丝孔道(6)相吻合，固定大转子。
本实用新型通过螺栓将人工髋关节柄头部固定在股骨大转子上，从而使人工髋关节安装后应力的分布更加合理，避免了应力集中在股骨距和股骨干上段外侧骨皮质及由此产生的不良后果等传统人工髋关节的缺点。
