本实用新型涉及一种多功能电饭煲,是对95243793.7多功能电饭煲申请专利的改进,特点是定时器电机M一端连接发热元件RR与电源另一端连接簧片触点E,这样保留原专利申请中一旦定时器故障,煮粥等多功能烹调不停止也不会烧穿电饭煲的优点,且又使煮饭时,定时器电机不通电,减少了耗电量,使定时器电机寿命延长。

延长定时器寿命的多功能电饭煲
本实用新型涉及一种多功能电饭煲的改进。
由本人申请的多功能电饭煲(专利申请号为95243793.7),在实施过程中,发现原电路有一缺点,即在煮饭过程中也即当温度到达85℃时,热敏元件K4接通,虽然定时器电机M不动作,但电机绕组中仍通电流,造成能源不必要的消耗,且影响电机寿命。
本实用新型目的是克服上述缺点,提供一种改进的延长定时器寿命的多功能电饭煲,使煮饭时,定时器电机不通电流。
本实用新型的技术方案是去掉原申请专利中的热敏元件K4,具体方案为:它包含有煲体、发热元件RR、磁钢限温器K1、保温器K2、定时器及温控自动降低热量电路,温控自动降低发热量电路经发热元件RR与磁钢限温器K1与保温器K2的并联电路相串联,内凹坑轮具有二凹坑的双定时器的簧片接点A与B分别与温控发热量电路两端相连接,其特点是定时器电机M一端连接发热元件RR与电源,另一端连接簧片触点E。

由图2所示,由二极管d、发热元件R及K3组成的温控自动降低发热量电路经发热元件RR与磁钢限温器K1与保温器K2的并联电路相串联,簧片触点A与B连接由二极管d与发热元件R串联后再与热敏元件K3相并联电路的两端,电机M连接K1与K2并联电路及220伏交流电源,另一端和簧片触点E连接。这样连接的电路,不管煮饭煮粥等多功能烹调,K1一开始需合上,若定时器一旦出现故障,小功率加热一直进行下去,使粥、汤烧干达103℃,此时,即使K1断开,转到K2保温使电饭煲不会烧穿,这是原专利申请的优点,而根据本实用新型的电路,当煮饭时双定时拨到常通挡,此时簧片触点AC接通,电机M不通电流,这样使耗电减少,电机寿命增加,当煮粥时,只要设定定时关闭时间,此时簧片触点CDEBF接通,开始煮粥,电机M工作待定时关闭。
若要使定时关闭确切,在线路上仍留有K4开关,在双定时器原来E点位置处增设一簧片触点G,使E点处于定时开时与CDF接通,这样设定定时时关后,触点CDGBF接通,AC与FE不接通,这样当多功能烹调时,当温度达到85℃时,电机M开始工作,直至定时关。这样定时关起始时间取决于加热开始至85℃以前食物种类数量及当时电源电压,这样使关闭时间更为确切。

1、一种包含有煲体,发热元件RR,磁钢限温器K1,保温器K2,定时器及温控自动降低发热量电路的延长定时器电机寿命的多功能电饭煲,温控自动降低发热量电路经发热元件RR与磁钢限温器K1与保温器K2的并联电路相串联,内凹坑轮具有二凹坑的双定时器的簧片触点A与B分别与温控自动降低发热量电路的两端相连接,其特征在于定时器电机M一端连接发热元件RR与电源,另一端连接簧片触点E。
