节能电饭锅
本实用新型涉及一种电加热装置,即节能电饭锅。
通常电饭锅的控制电路由加热盘、蒸饭开关和与蒸饭开关并联的保温开关构成。蒸饭时,只有锅内水消耗到一定量时,蒸饭开关才会自动跳闸,而对于煮粥饭或炖莱时,则不会跳闸,此时一但沸腾“开锅”,仍在原有动率情况下煮炖,不仅煮炖效果不好,而且浪费电能。
本实用新型目的是提供一种电饭锅在使用中功率可变的节能电饭锅。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是这样实现的:节能电饭锅控制电路由相串联的加热盘、蒸饭开关构成、保温开关与蒸饭开关并联。保温开关与蒸饭开关的交点与电源一端之间串联一整流二极管,温火开关与整流二极管并联。正常蒸饭时,温火开关合上,整流二极管被短路,当用于煮炖时,打开温火开关,则整流二极管接通,对1000W的电饭锅,则电饭锅的功率由1000W变为203W,适合于煮炖,达到节约电能目的。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果在于节约电能。根据煮炖实际需要,改变电饭锅的功率,达到节能目的,并提高了使用寿命和煮炖食物的质量。节电率在75%以上。

附图是本实用新型的电路原理图。
参见图1,该电路由串联在电源两端的加热盘1、保温开关2、整流二极管D1构成。蒸饭开关K1与保温开关2并联。温火开关K2与D1并联。二极管D2、氖泡3、电阻R串联后并联在D1上。蒸饭时,K1、K2合上,D1被短路,电饭锅按其功率进行工作。对煮炖食物时,K1、K2合上,当锅内沸腾后,打开K2,则D1、D2导通,经D1降压后,对于功率为1000W的电饭锅此时功率会变为203W,氖泡3发亮,警示煮炖工作状态。计算方法:W=U2/R=(220×F)2/R=203WF=0.45为半波整流效率。R=48.3Ω为1000W电加热器电阻。

1、一种节能电饭锅,其控制电路包括相串联的加热盘(1)、蒸饭开关K1、保温开关(2)与蒸饭开关K1并联,其特征在于保温开关(2)与蒸饭开关K1的交点与电源一端之间还串联一整流二极管D1,温火开关K2与整流二级管D1并联。
2、按照权利要求1所述的节能电饭锅,其特征在于相互串联的二极管D2、氖泡(3)、电阻R与整流二极管D1并联。
