本实用新型的外肋铝型管立柱式散热器的特征在于:以数只同一结构、经挤压成型的铝扁管作为散热器的立柱,即在铝扁管的外壁面上制有若干与管壁为一体的纵向散热肋片、同时在铝扁管的内壁面上还制有数只联结铝扁管内壁板的纵向加强肋片,从而在提高散热器金属热强度的同时,提高其承受水(汽)压的能力。

专利号为91231600.4的"外肋铝型管立柱式散热器"比较流行的铸造钢铁式散热器、薄钢板焊接式散热器、钢管串片式散热器等,在材质和结构形式方面均有重要改进,它发挥了铝型材的高导热、小比重、挤压工艺成熟、生产程序简捷等优势,使散热器具有结构轻巧,经久耐蚀,散热量大,并且光泽美观等特点。然而,其不足之处在于:由于铝型材壁薄性软,散热器在承受较高水(汽)压力时,容易产生变形现象,尤其是扁方管式的外肋铝型管立柱式散热器,这种变形现象较为突出。
本实用新型设计的目的,是为克服上述散热器在承受较高水(汽)压力时所产生的变形现象,提高散热器的承压能力。
本实用新型的外肋铝型管立柱式散热器系由数只同一结构的外肋铝扁管1、联结数只外肋铝扁管1的上横管4、下横管6及进出水(汽)管接等所构成,其特征在于:在外肋铝扁管1的外壁面上制有若干与管壁为一体的纵向散热肋片2,同时在外肋铝扁管1的内壁面上制有数只与外肋片2相平行的内肋片3、由内肋片3联接外肋铝扁管1的两个较宽壁板的内壁面,从而提高了外肋铝扁管1承受水(汽)压的能力。
本实用新型的实施工艺较为简捷:(1)外肋铝扁管1连同其外肋片2、内肋片3系一次成型的铝合金挤压型材;(2)在上横管4的下壁面上制有M只(即数只)扁方通孔,与M只外肋铝扁管1的上端口一一对应焊(联)接;(3)下横管5是上横管4的对称件,其结构特点及其与M只外肋铝扁管1的联接方式与上横管4相同
本实用新型的说明书有附图3幅,图1是本实用新型的外肋铝型管立柱式散热器的结构示意图、此图亦作为说明书摘要附图,图2是图1的A-A剖面图,图3是图1的B-B剖面图图中:1、外肋铝扁管立柱,2、外肋铝扁管1上的外肋片,3、外肋铝扁管1的内肋片、即用以联结外肋铝扁管1的两个较宽壁板的内壁面的肋片,4、上横管,5、下横管。

  1. 本实用新型的外肋铝型管立柱式散热器系由M只(即数只)外肋铝扁管1,和联接M只外肋铝扁管1的上横管4、下横管5等构成,其特征在于:在外肋铝扁管1的外壁面上制有若干与管壁为一体的外肋片2,同时在外肋铝扁管1的内壁面上还制有数只内肋片3、用以联结外肋铝扁管1的两个较宽壁板;外肋铝扁管立柱1连同其外肋片2、内肋片3系一次成型的铝合金挤压型材。
