Abstract
本实用新型钢制装饰扳式散热器主要有上下联箱、钢管、钢板组成。其特征在于:上下联箱之间用多根钢管相连接,在每根钢管的两面焊上折边钢板,从而产生辐射对流效应。上联箱设有进水口,下联箱设有出水口。它结构简单,重量轻,造价低,占用空间小,可作装饰板用。设计新颖,热效率高。不受高度、长度限制,适用范围广。
Description
钢制装饰板式散热器，是一种超薄型可作为装饰板用的散热器。它的厚度不超过30mm。
它的特点是：以钢管作为上下水道，钢管的两面焊上折边的钢板，开成一个以中心管为散热水道、上下对流，双面幅射的超薄散热器。数片排列起来，就是这种装饰板型散热器。它还有一个特点是不受高度、长度的限制。可根据设计要求，任意的增高和延长。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它由上联箱(1)、下联箱(2)钢管(3)、幅射板(4)、上进水口(5)、下出水口(6)组成。其特征在于上联箱(1)、下联箱(2)通过钢管(3)相连接。钢管的双面焊上幅射板(4)、从而形成幅射对流效应。上联箱设有进水口(5)、下联箱设有出水口(6)。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，它结构简单，重量极轻，节约钢材，在室内占用空间小，可直接作为装饰板用。同时不受高度、长度的限制。安装方便，适应范围广。
