一种稀燃发动机,由空气滤清器1,化油器2,油箱3,进气管4,排气管5构成,在空气滤清器1与化油器2之间接入电解槽6。工作时,首先调节化油器2,使空燃比降至18∶1,再将电解槽6接通电源,电解槽6产生氢气进入化油器2内,加入氢气可弥补稀燃时燃烧速度慢,点火困难,动力不足的缺点。本实用新型油耗低,污染轻。

本实用新型是一种汽油发动机。
目前所使用的汽油发动机存在耗油量大,排放污染严重等缺陷。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种燃烧充分,油耗低,污染较轻的汽油发动机。
本实用新型的解决方法是在汽油发动机化油器处接入一个电解槽,电解槽产生的氢气进入化油器和稀混合汽一起进入汽缸参与发动机工作,改善由于稀混合汽燃烧慢,动力不足的问题。
本实用新型能使油耗降低10—15%,排放的污染量大大低于国家规定标准。

本实用新型由空气滤清器1,化油器2,油箱3,进气管4,排气管5构成,在空气滤清器1与化油器2之间接入电解槽6。发动机工作时,首先调节化油器2,使空燃比降至18∶1,再将电解槽6接通电源,电解槽6产生氢气进入化油器2内。发动机供电系统容量有限,所以电解装置的容量应尽量小,1—5升排量的发动机其电解槽的耗电量在300—500W之间即可,如2.5升发动机其电解槽耗电450W,则每小时产生氢气0.1m3,此氢气加入化油器内,足可以使发动机正常稳定的工作,加入的氢气正好弥补稀燃时燃烧速度慢,点火困难,动力不足的缺点,由于产生的氢气随产随用,很安全,电解装置与一般电解制氢设备相同,因不需氢氧分离,所以不需隔片材料。
