Description

本实用新型涉及一种废气净化装置，特别是一种用于汽车排气管上的汽车尾气净化器。
现有技术中的汽车排气管上没有安装净化装置，汽油机、柴油机燃烧后由排气管放出的废气含有大量的二氧化碳、二氧化硫和碳黑，对生态环境污染严重。
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种安装在汽车排气管上的汽车尾气净化器，它能净化由汽车排气管放出的二氧化碳、二氧化硫和碳黑，减少大气污染。
本实用新型的构成：由直流电动机、高压风机、空气调节器、压风管、回收器组成，在汽车排气管（1）上连接高压风机（3），高压风机（3）安装在直流电动机（2）上，压风管（5）一头安装在高压风机上，另一头插入回收器（6）内，回收器（6）内盛饱和石灰水，在高压风机（3）上有空气调节器（4）。回收器（6）的上端有出气口（7）和进水口（9），一侧有水位表（8），下端有放水口（10），里面有防动拉杆（13）、防噪音网（12）和防荡圈（11）。
与现有技术比较，本实用新型结构简单、轻巧，净化效果好，安装使用方便。

本实用新型的实施例：如附图所示，将高压风机（3）的壳体安装在汽车排气管（1）上，高压风机（3）由直流电动机（2）带动，在高压风机（3）上安装空气调节器（4），在高压风机（3）的出口处安装压风管（5），压风管的另一头伸入回收器（6）内的石灰水中，在回收器（6）内用防动拉杆（13）固定压风管（5），在回收器内的石灰水中水平安装防噪音网（12），在石灰水的水面上方回收器内壁上安装防荡圈（11），在回收器的外侧安装水位表（8），上方有出气口（7）和石灰水进水口（9），回收器下方有放水口（10）。

1、一种汽车尾气净化器，由直流电动机、高压风机、空气调节器、压风管、回收器组成，其特征在于：在汽车排气管(1)上连接高压风机(3)，高压风机(3)安装在直流电动机(2)上，压风管(5)一头安装在高压风机上，另一头插入回收器(6)内，回收器(6)内盛饱和石灰水，在高压风机(3)上有空气调节器(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气净化器，其特征在于：回收器（6）的上端有出气口（7）和进水口（9），一侧有水位表（8），下端有放水口（10），里面有防动拉杆（13）、防噪音网（12）和防荡圈（11）。
