本实用新型属于无推力型波纹膨胀节。其特征 是固连在左连接管上的右侧板,固连在右连接管上的 左侧板与大直径平衡波纹管构成压力平衡腔,且该平 衡腔的环形截面积等于左右连接管内径的横截面 积。管道工作时,盲板力及波纹管位移弹性变形力均 在膨胀节内部达到平衡,对固定支座毫无影响。

Description

本实用新型波及轴向型波纹膨胀节的改进。
热力工程中大量采用的是轴向型波纹膨胀节,使用它时遇到的突出问题是主固定支座的盲板力问题。这是因为当介质压力较高、管径较大时,管网安装膨胀节后,虽然成为柔性管网,但其端部的主固定支座往往要承受上百吨或几百吨的推力载荷,尤其是架空管道拐弯处的支座载荷更大,使主固定支座的土建工程困难,甚至无法进行。为此,考虑压力平衡的波纹膨胀节应运而生。比如GB/T12777-91“金属波纹管膨胀节通过技术条件”中公开的,又比如中国专利93228541.4所公开的。但是,它们都需要设置平衡拉杆才能平衡内推力,后都甚至还要设置旁路管道,故而结构均显的复杂。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种内压式无推力型波纹膨胀节,它结构简单、紧凑,无需平衡拉杆即可达到压力平衡的目的。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是在包括左连接管、右连接管、左侧板、右侧板、工作波纹管,平衡波纹管组成的波纹膨胀节中,使固连在左连接管上的右侧板,固连在右连接管上的左侧板以及连接在左右侧板之间的大直径平衡波纹管构成压力平衡腔;使该平衡腔的环形截面积等于左右连接管内径的横截面积。这样,由于压力平衡腔与管道相通,而且腔内环形截面积等于工作管道内径断面面积。所以,平衡腔内在介质压力作用下,在侧板上会产连接管带有豁口,介质相通因则P1等于P2。附图中,Φ为压力平衡腔环腔的外径,Φ1为该环腔的内径,经计算Φ2-Φ1 2应等于d2,此时作用在右侧板5上的力F1等于盲板力F,盲板力在膨胀节内部达到平衡。附图中的左右连接管上的豁口方向呈90°相交,当然也可以呈45°相交,这时连接管上加工的槽口就是两个而非一个了。左连接管1、右侧板5和右连接管7、左侧板3完全可以对称设计,这样既简化了工装又方便了使用。

1、一种内压式波纹膨胀节,包括左连接管、右连接管、左侧板、右侧板、工作波纹管,平衡波纹管,其特征在于:
a、固连在左连接管上的右侧板,固连在右连接管上的左侧板以及连接在左右侧板之间的大直径平衡波纹管构成压力平衡腔;
b、该平衡腔的环形截面积等于左右连接管内径的横截面积即Φ21 2=d2
2、根据权利要求1所述的波纹膨胀节,其特征是:左连接管与右连接管的豁口方向呈90°相交且右侧板与左侧板分别焊接在左连接管与右连接管豁口的端部。
