本实用新型公开了一种笼式常压温水锅炉，在炉 胆内下半部装水管式管炉排和托灰板，两侧装水管式 侧炉排，其外侧立置热管，上部装煤封罩，构成笼式燃 烧仓，烟气从煤层上下两个方向穿过煤层，从侧管炉 排的间隙向上经热管表皮后，从烟囱中排出。

Description

本实用新型涉及温水锅炉，特别是涉及双层炉排反烧锅炉。
现有的立式双层炉排反烧温水锅炉、炉胆内之炉排分上下两层，火层薄、体积大、热效率低、耗煤量大、出力小。
针对上述存在的缺点，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种笼式常压温水锅炉，由笼式管炉排支承燃煤，又引入热管技术，其体积小、火层厚大、燃烧稳定、温度高、燃尽彻底、节煤、出力大。
为了达到上述的目的，本实用新型采取了如下技术措施：在炉胆内的下部装水管式管炉排，两侧装横水管侧炉排，侧炉排外侧装热管，上部装煤封罩，形如笼子，燃煤加入笼内，烟气从笼子上下两个方向进入煤层，合为一起从两侧侧炉排间的间隙中流出向上加热热管后，从烟囱排出。
其主要优点是：
1、用水管式管炉排代替固定炉排，增加传热面，又斜置有剩于水对流。
2、两侧水管式侧管炉排与煤封罩构成笼式燃烧仓，加煤量大、火层厚大、燃烧稳定、燃尽彻底，又有热管技术，耗煤少、热效率高、出力大、节煤50％左右，排烟黑度小于林格曼黑度0.5级，粉尘排效量小于200mg／m3。
3、本实用新型即可用钢板制做，又可用铝合金板制做。
4、本实用新型即可取暖和代淋浴，又可作饮水茶炉。

附图1是本实用新型笼式常压温水锅炉结构剖视图。
图中每条线均代表一定厚度，省略了一条线和剖线，炉排斜度也省略，以保持结构的清析度，锅壳外小件也略去。
炉胆（1）的内下部装有前高后低的水管式管炉排（4）和托灰板（5），两侧装有水管式侧管炉排（3），上部装煤封罩（2），构成笼式燃烧仓，侧管炉排外侧立置热管（6），（7）锅壳，（8）烟囱，（9）反烧烟气，（10）正烧烟气，（11）上炉门，（12）下炉门，（13）煤层，其烟气流程分上下反正烧两路；一路烟气（9）是从上炉门（11）经过煤层（13）上半部穿过侧管炉排（3）的间隙向上反经热管（6）表皮从烟囱（8）排础，此为反烧区；另一路烟气（10）从管炉排（4）和下炉门（12）经煤层（13）下半部，穿过侧管炉排的间隙上升反到侧管炉排外侧经热管（6）表皮从烟囱排出，为正烧区，由于正烧区和反烧区是上下叠加到起的，上半部反烧区为起燃区，下半部正烧区为燃尽区，起燃区之末燃尽的黑色烟气经燃尽区充分燃尽，即消除黑烟又提高燃尽区温度，燃烧稳定、火层非常厚大，又加上热管高速传热，热效率高、出力大、节煤明显。

1、一种笼式常压温水锅炉，主要由锅壳、炉胆、笼式燃烧仓、热管、炉门、烟囱组成，其特征在于炉胆(1)内下半部装有前高后低的水管式管炉排(4)和托灰板(5)，两侧装有前高后低的水管式侧管炉排(3)的外侧立置热管(6)，烟气从煤层上下两个方向穿过煤层(13)经侧管炉排(3)向上，加热热管(6)后，从烟囱(8)排出。
