After the installation is finished, the user can select to cover the whole by using the soft decoration fabric, the whole is more attractive by installing and embedding the soft decoration in the second groove 2-5, the internal materials are not exposed after the product is assembled, and the integrity of the product is improved.
The disassembly process is opposite to the installation process, the pull rod 2-9-1-4 is pulled out of the second rod clamping groove 2-9-2-2 and rotates around the tube shaft of the lock bolt accommodating hollow tube 2-9-2 by a certain angle, the pull rod 2-9-1-4 is clamped into the second rod clamping groove 2-9-2-2 under the action of the restoring force of the spring 2-9-3, the positioning lock bolt head 2-9-1-2 is pulled out of the second installation hole 2-6-2 at the moment, then the corner piece and the building module component are staggered with each other along the direction of inserting the positioning bolt piece 2-3 into the positioning bolt accommodating piece 2-4, and the positioning bolt piece 2-3 is separated from the positioning bolt accommodating piece 2-4, so that the separation of the corner piece and the building module component is completed.
Example 2
In a specific embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 12, a corner piece for a quick construction system includes an upper end cap 1, a lower end cap 3, and an intermediate section 2, wherein the upper end cap 1 and the lower end cap 3 are mounted at both ends of the intermediate section 2, surfaces of the upper end cap 1 and the lower end cap 3 are provided with a first groove 1-42-5, and one side of the intermediate section 2 is provided with a second groove 2-5 communicating with the first groove 1-42-5.
The upper end cover 1 is in interference fit with the lower end cover 3 and the middle section bar 2, the upper end cover 1 and the lower end cover 3 are respectively provided with a first through hole 1-3, and the first through holes 1-3 are communicated with the middle section bar 2.
As shown in fig. 16, the middle section bar 2 is provided therein with a positioning fixing pin lock 2-1, a first section bar support 2-8 and a second section bar support 2-1-8, and in this embodiment, the positioning fixing pin lock 2-1 is a hollow tube with a cylindrical cross section.
As shown in FIG. 13, the positioning fixing pin 2-2 comprises a column head 2-2-1, a column part 2-2-2 and a mounting column 2-2-3, the column part 2-2 comprises a small-diameter column 2-2-2-1 and a large-diameter column 2-2-2 which are connected, one end of the small-diameter column 2-2-1 is connected with the column head 2-2-1, the other end is connected with the large-diameter column 2-2-2, the diameter of the small-diameter column 2-2-2-1 is smaller than that of a spherical column head, one end of the large-diameter column 2-2-2 is connected with the small-diameter column 2-2-1, and the other end of the large-diameter column 2-2 is detachably mounted on the third mounting hole 2-6-3. In this embodiment, the column head 2-2-1 is a spherical column head 2-2-1, the mounting post 2-2-3 is connected to the third mounting space, and the positioning fixing pin is mounted on the intermediate section through the connection between the mounting post 2-2-3 and the third mounting hole 2-6-3.
As shown in fig. 14, the positioning and fixing pin lock 2-1 is provided with a first hole 2-1-1 and a second hole 2-1-2 which are communicated with each other, the first hole 2-1-1 is a circular hole, the second hole 2-1-2 is a strip hole extending along the circumferential direction of the cross section circular ring of the fixing pin lock, the size of the opening of the first hole 2-1-1 allows the pillar head 2-2-1 to pass through the first hole 2-1-1, and the size of the opening of the second hole 2-1-2 does not allow the pillar head 2-2-1 to pass through the second hole 2-1-2 but allows the pillar head 2-2-2 to pass through the second hole 2-1-2.
The positioning and fixing pin lock piece 2-1 passes through the first section bar support piece 2-8 and the second section bar support piece 2-1-8 and is clamped in the first through hole 1-3, and at least one end of the fixing pin lock piece is provided with a clamping claw part 2-1-3 for driving the hollow tube to rotate 90 degrees around the tube axis.
The fixing pin lock piece is internally and fixedly provided with an in-shaft nylon piece 2-1-4, as shown in fig. 15, one side of the in-shaft nylon piece 2-1-4 is provided with a strip-shaped groove for a small-diameter pole 2-2-2-1 to enter, the surface of the in-shaft nylon piece 2-1-4 facing the circular hollow pipe shaft is provided with a groove which can form friction with the spherical pole head 2-2-1, the surface of the in-shaft nylon piece 2-1-4 facing away from the circular hollow pipe shaft is provided with an arc surface shape which is matched with the inner wall of the circular hollow pipe, and in order to facilitate the installation of the positioning fixing pin 2-2, the large-diameter pole 2-2-2 is provided with a groove which is convenient for the clamping of a tool. In addition, the positioning and fixing pin lock 2-1 further comprises a limiting ring 2-1-5, as shown in fig. 17, the limiting ring 2-1-5 is fixedly connected with the second section support 2-1-8, a limiting clamping groove 2-1-6 extending along the circumferential direction of the cross section of the circular hollow pipe is formed in the outer surface of the circular hollow pipe, the inner circumferential part of the limiting ring 2-1-5 is inserted into the limiting clamping groove 2-1-6, and the outer circumferential part of the limiting ring 2-1-5 extends out of the limiting clamping groove 2-1-6 and abuts against the second section support 2-1-8. The circular hollow tube can thereby be prevented from moving in its tube axis direction relative to the first profile support 2-8. In addition, a first limit bolt 2-1-7 is fixed on the positioning and fixing pin lock 2-1, a second limit bolt 2-1-8-1 and a third limit bolt 2-1-8-2 are fixed on the second section support 2-1-8, when the positioning and fixing pin lock 2-1 rotates clockwise around the pipe shaft by a certain angle, the first limit bolt 2-1-7 abuts against the second limit bolt 2-1-8-1 to prevent the circular hollow pipe from continuously rotating clockwise, and when the positioning and fixing pin lock 2-1 rotates anticlockwise around the pipe shaft by a certain angle, the first limit bolt 2-1-7 abuts against the third limit bolt 2-1-8-2 to prevent the positioning and fixing pin lock 2-1 from continuously rotating anticlockwise. This ensures that the fixing pin lock 2-1 rotates in place without excessive rotation and prevents the fixing pin lock 2-1 from slipping out of the second through hole 2-6-4.
The positioning bolt-holding piece 2-4 is arranged on one side of the middle section bar 2, and the positioning bolt piece 2-3 is arranged on the adjacent or opposite side of the positioning bolt-holding piece 2-4.
The surface of the intermediate section bar 2 is provided with two adjacent or opposite third grooves 2-6, the third grooves 2-6 are provided with first mounting holes 2-6-1, second mounting holes 2-6-2, third mounting holes 2-6-3 and second through holes 2-6-4, the positioning bolt-holding piece 2-4 is arranged in the third grooves 2-6 through one first mounting hole 2-6-1, the positioning bolt piece 2-3 is arranged in the adjacent or opposite third grooves 2-6 of the positioning bolt-holding piece 2-4 through the other first mounting hole 2-6-1, the second through holes 2-6-4 are formed at two ends of the intermediate section bar 2, the second through holes 2-6-4 are circumferentially provided with the second mounting holes 2-6-2, the third mounting holes 2-6-3 are used for mounting the positioning fixing pins 2-2, and in the embodiment, the positioning fixing pins 2-2 are all arranged on the intermediate section bar 2.
When the corner piece in the embodiment 2 is used for installing the building module, the positioning fixing pin 2-2 in the corner piece is aligned with the third installation hole 2-6-3 of the building module, the positioning fixing pin 2-2 is inserted into the third installation hole 2-6-3 of the building module, the positioning fixing pin 2-2 is connected with the positioning fixing pin lock piece 2-1 in the building module, the spherical column head 2-2-1 enters the first hole 2-1-1 on the circular hollow tube, a part of the small-diameter column rod 2-2-2-1 also enters the first hole 2-1-1, the large-diameter column rod 2-2-2-2 does not enter the first hole 2-1-1, at the moment, a special tool (not shown in the drawing) is inserted into the clamping claw 2-1-3, the special tool is clamped with the clamping claw 2-1-3, the circular hollow tube is rotated by 90 degrees around the tube shaft, the small-diameter column head 2-2-2-1 enters the second hole 2-1, the spherical column rod 2-2-2-1 cannot be tightly contacted with the spherical column head 2-1 in the direction shown in the figure, and the spherical column head 2-1 cannot be tightly contacted with the circular column head 2-1 in the direction, and the hollow column rod 2-1 cannot be prevented from being pulled out of the circular column head 2-1. When the building module is separated from the corner piece, the building module component can be separated from the corner piece by the reverse operation, and the operation is simple. Conversely, the positioning fixing pin 2-2 can be detached, the positioning fixing pin 2-2 in the building module is connected with the positioning fixing pin lock piece 2-1 in the corner piece, and the installation and the detachment can be realized by adopting the same method.
In the embodiment 2, the positioning fixing pin 2-2 is also detachable, and the positioning bolt piece 2-3 and the positioning bolt receiving piece 2-4 are used for connecting with the building module, so that the use method is various.
Example 3
In a specific embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 19, a corner piece for a quick building system includes an upper end cap 1, a lower end cap 3, and an intermediate section 2, wherein the upper end cap 1 and the lower end cap 3 are installed at both ends of the intermediate section 2, 2 first grooves 1-42-5 are provided on surfaces of the upper end cap 1 and the lower end cap 3, and a second groove 2-5 communicating with the first grooves 1-42-5 is provided on one side of the intermediate section 2.

In this embodiment 3, only the first profile support 2-8 is provided in the intermediate profile 2, the first profile support 2-8 being used for mounting the locating pegs 2-3 and the locating pegs 2-4.
The surface of the middle section bar 2 is provided with two adjacent or opposite third grooves 2-6, the third grooves 2-6 are provided with first mounting holes 2-6-1, second mounting holes 2-6-2, third mounting holes 2-6-3 and second through holes 2-6-4, the positioning bolt-holding piece 2-4 is arranged in the third grooves 2-6 through one first mounting hole 2-6-1, the positioning bolt piece 2-3 is arranged in the adjacent or opposite third grooves 2-6 of the positioning bolt-holding piece 2-4 through the other first mounting hole 2-6-1, the second through holes 2-6-4 are arranged at two ends of the middle section bar 2, and the second through holes 2-6-4 are circumferentially provided with the second mounting holes 2-6-2; the third mounting hole 2-6-3 is used for mounting the positioning fixing pin 2-2.
The intermediate section bar 2 also comprises a positioning lock 2-9, the positioning lock 2-9 comprises an extensible and retractable lock bolt 2-9-1, a lock bolt accommodating hollow tube 2-9-2 and a spring 2-9-3, the lock bolt 2-9-1 comprises a lock bolt rod 2-9-1-1 and a positioning lock bolt head 2-9-1-2, the lock bolt rod 2-9-1-1 is sleeved on the spring 2-9-3 and is arranged in a tube cavity of the lock bolt accommodating hollow tube 2-9-2, one end of the lock bolt rod 2-9-1-1 is connected with the positioning lock bolt head 2-9-1-2, the other end is fixed with a pressing plate 2-9-1-3, the inner wall of the lock bolt accommodating hollow tube 2-9-2 is provided with a pressing part for pressing the spring 2-9-3, the spring 2-9-3 is pressed between the pressing plate 2-9-1-3 and the pressing part, the lock bolt rod 2-9-1-1 is provided with a pull rod 2-9-1-4 at a position close to the positioning lock bolt head 2-9-1-2, one end of the lock bolt accommodating hollow tube 2-9-2 close to the positioning lock bolt head 2-9-1-2 is provided with a first rod clamping groove 2-9-2-1 and a second rod clamping groove 2-9-2-2 which extend along the length direction of the lock bolt accommodating hollow tube 2-9-2, the depth of the first rod clamping groove 2-9-2-1 is larger than that of the second rod clamping groove 2-9-2-2, when the positioning lock bolt head 2-9-1-2 is propped against the end part of the lock bolt accommodating hollow tube 2-9-2, the pull rod 2-9-1-4 is positioned in the first rod clamping groove 2-9-2-1, when the positioning lock bolt head 2-9-1-2 is inserted into the second mounting hole 2-6-2, the pull rod 2-9-1-4 is positioned in the second rod clamping groove 2-9-2-2, and part of the pull rod 2-9-1-4 is positioned in the first through hole 1-3 and is flush with the upper end cover 1 or the lower end cover 3, and a user can stir the pull rod 2-9-1-4 to realize connection of the corner fitting and the building module.
The middle section bar 2 is also provided with a positioning locking stator 2-7, the positioning locking stator 2-7 is provided with a through cavity 2-7-1, the positioning lock bolt head 2-9-1-2 is nested in the through cavity 2-7-1, the through cavity 2-7-1 corresponds to the second through hole 2-6-4, the positioning locking stator 2-7 is attached to the end part of the middle section bar 2, and a bolt penetrates through the second mounting hole 2-6-2 to connect the positioning locking stator 2-7 with the middle section bar 2.
The positioning bolt piece 2-3 comprises a disc-shaped bolt head, a cylindrical plug-in bolt rod, a fixing bolt rod and a positioning mounting plate 2-3-3, one end of the plug-in bolt rod is connected with the disc-shaped bolt head, the other end of the plug-in bolt rod is connected with the fixing bolt rod, the positioning mounting plate 2-3-3 is attached to the middle section bar 2, 2 first insertion holes 2-3-3-1 are formed in the positioning mounting plate 2-3-3, the fixing bolt rod sequentially penetrates through the first insertion holes 2-3-3-1 and the first mounting holes 2-6-1 and then is connected with the first supporting piece, and bolts sequentially penetrate through the other first insertion holes 2-3-3-1 and the first mounting holes 2-6-1 and then are connected with the first supporting piece.
The positioning bolt-holding piece 2-4 comprises a second insertion hole 2-4-1 for inserting the bolt head 2-3-1 and a third insertion hole 2-4-2 for inserting the bolt rod 2-3-2, the size of the opening of the third insertion hole 2-4-2 does not allow the bolt head 2-3-1 to pass through, the positioning bolt-holding piece 2-4 is a hollow pipe, the second insertion hole 2-4-1 is a pipe cavity of the hollow pipe, the third insertion hole 2-4-2 is a strip-shaped hole which is formed in the pipe wall of the hollow pipe and extends longitudinally along the hollow pipe, one end of the third insertion hole 2-4-2 extends to the end part of the hollow pipe, the positioning bolt-holding piece 2-4 is attached to the middle section bar 2, the positioning bolt-holding piece 2-4 is provided with a fourth insertion hole 2-4-3, and bolts sequentially penetrate through the first installation hole 2-6-1 and the fourth insertion hole 2-4-3 and are fixedly connected with the first support piece.
When the corner piece in this embodiment is used to connect with the building module, the corner piece and one building module are first staggered by a certain distance in the direction of inserting the positioning bolt piece 2-3 into the positioning bolt piece 2-4, then one side of the corner piece is abutted against one side of one building module component, then the positioning bolt piece 2-3 is inserted into the positioning bolt piece 2-4, and connection of the corner piece and the building module component is completed.

After the installation is completed, the user can select to cover the whole by using the soft decoration fabric, and the whole is more attractive by installing and embedding the soft decoration in the second groove 2-5.

In a specific embodiment 4, as shown in fig. 21, a corner piece for a quick construction system includes an upper end cap 1, a lower end cap 3, and an intermediate section 2, wherein the upper end cap 1 and the lower end cap 3 are installed at both ends of the intermediate section 2, wherein the surfaces of the upper end cap 1 and the lower end cap 3 are provided with 4 first grooves 1-42-5, wherein the intermediate section 2 is provided with second grooves 2-5 communicating with the first grooves 1-42-5 type grooves for installing a card cloth.
The upper end cover 1 is in interference fit with the lower end cover 3 and the middle section bar 2, the upper end cover 1 and the lower end cover 3 are respectively provided with a first through hole 1-3, and the first through holes 1-3 are communicated with the middle section bar 2.
The positioning bolt-holding piece 2-4 is arranged on one side of the middle section bar 2, and the positioning bolt piece 2-3 is arranged on one side adjacent to the positioning bolt-holding piece 2-4. When the corner piece and the building module in this embodiment are used for connection, the corner piece and one building module are firstly staggered by a certain distance in the direction of inserting the positioning bolt piece 2-3 into the positioning bolt receiving piece 2-4, then one side of the corner piece is abutted against one side of one building module component, then the positioning bolt piece 2-3 is inserted into the positioning bolt receiving piece 2-4, connection of the corner piece and the building module component is completed, in this embodiment 1, when the corner piece is used for wall turning, the other building module component is connected by adopting the same method, namely a 90-degree corner can be formed, and in the same method, the building module can be installed on the other two sides of the corner piece, as shown in fig. 22.
