When the left building module member and the right building module member are connected with each other, the disc-shaped plug head is inserted into the insertion hole from the upper end opening of the hollow rectangular pipe, the surface 94 of the disc-shaped plug head connected with the plug rod is abutted against the inner wall surface 95 of the pipe wall 77 of one side, the plug rod is inserted into the strip-shaped hole and abutted against the one end 79 of the strip-shaped hole, and the pull rod is pulled out from the first rod clamping groove and rotates for a certain angle around the pipe shaft of the hollow pipe accommodated by the lock rod, so that the pull rod is clamped into the second rod clamping groove, and the lock rod head is positioned to be inserted into the lock hole.
The invention has the advantages that: 1) The appearance design of section bar and top facing ornamental portion makes both can realize quick accurate connection location, and the structural design of supporting member makes supporting member both play the effect of connecting the section bar and improving section bar intensity in each bottom plate of section bar and the section bar cavity, still plays firmly fixed and spacing coupling assembling's effect.
2) The frame, the positioning fixing pin locking piece, the positioning bolt containing piece and the positioning lock of the building module component are preferably made of metal, the cover decoration part is made of plastic, all the components can be recycled, the waste of forest resources is avoided, and the environment protection performance is good.
3) Because the connection of the upper building module component and the lower building module component only needs to insert the positioning fixing pin of one building module component into the positioning fixing pin lock piece of the other building module component, so that the positioning fixing pin lock piece moves, and the two steps of rotation are preferred, the connection of the left building module component and the right building module component only needs to insert the positioning pin piece of one building module component into the positioning containing pin piece of the other building module component to form two installation steps, or the positioning lock is added to be inserted into the lock hole, and compared with the traditional bolting and welding, the connection and the disconnection between the building module components are very convenient and quick, and the manpower, material resources and financial resources are greatly saved.
4) All parts of the building module component are standard parts, the customization period is greatly shortened, and the economic cost is greatly reduced.
5) Accurate installation and positioning can be realized between the two upper, lower, left and right building module components, and connection and installation errors are greatly reduced.
6) The frame or the section bar and the finish surface decoration part which are mutually connected together can be included when the building module component leaves the factory, and in the assembly process of the two building module components, compared with the traditional bolt connection mode, the connection of the two building module components can be completed without detaching the finish surface decoration part, so that the installation time is greatly saved, and the installation efficiency is improved.
