Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the application will be more clearly understood, a further description of the application will be made. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application, but the present application may be practiced otherwise than as described herein; it will be apparent that the embodiments in the specification are only some, but not all, embodiments of the application.
For a better understanding of the present application, the taillight guard 10, the tailgate 100, and the vehicle in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a tail gate 100, wherein the tail gate 100 has a closed state and an open state, and the tail gate 100 is capable of rotating around an axial direction and switching between the closed state and the open state.
The tail door 100 includes a tail door body 20, a tail lamp 30, and a tail lamp protection board 10, the tail lamp 30 is disposed on the tail door body 20, the tail lamp protection board 10 is covered at an end of the tail lamp 30 and is connected to a connection surface of the tail door body 20, the tail lamp protection board 10 includes a central area A1 and an edge area, the edge area includes a first edge area A2 located at one side of the central area A1 along a first direction and a second edge area A3 located at one side of the central area A1 along a second direction, a gap is formed between the first edge area A2 and the connection surface, and the second edge area A3 is connected with the connection surface in a sealing manner.
In a rainy weather or a car washing state, when the tail gate 100 is in a closed state, the first edge region A2 is located below the central region A1, and since the first edge region A2 and the connection surface form a gap, the water that has permeated from the tail lamp 30 can enter the tail lamp guard plate and flow out from the first edge region A2. However, when the tail gate 100 is in the open state, the second edge area A3 is located below the central area A1, so that the accumulated water penetrating from the tail lamp 30 is temporarily stored in the tail lamp guard 10.
The applicant has found that in the conventional tail light guard 10, when the tail gate 100 is in the open state, accumulated water may accumulate at the joint between the second edge area A3 of the tail light guard 10 and the tail gate body 20, and when the amount of accumulated water reaches a certain value, there is a risk that the accumulated water leaks from the joint and flows into the trunk area in the vehicle or the user due to the limited joint strength between the second edge area A3 of the tail light guard 10 and the joint surface. Accordingly, in order to solve the above-described problems, the embodiment of the present application proposes a new taillight cover 10 to avoid complaints or complaints from users.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the taillight protection plate 10 provided in the embodiment of the application has a central area A1 and an edge area, the edge area encloses a closed annular opening, the central area A1 covers the annular opening, wherein the edge area includes a first edge area A2 located at one side of the central area A1 along a first direction X and a second edge area A3 located at one side of the central area A1 along a second direction Y, the first direction X intersects the second direction Y, a tip a11 is formed in the central area A1 along an axial recess of the annular opening, and the tip a11 is arranged to be protruded relative to the second edge area A3 along the second direction Y.
According to the tail lamp guard plate 10 in the embodiment of the application, the tip A11 is arranged in the central area A1, and the tip A11 is arranged in the second direction Y in a protruding manner relative to the second edge area A3, so that when the tail door 100 is in an open state, namely the second edge area A3 is positioned below the central area A1, the position of the tip A11 is lower than the position of the second edge area A3, and water accumulation can be temporarily stored in the tip A11, the water accumulation amount at the second edge area A3 of the tail lamp guard plate 10, namely the joint of the tail lamp guard plate 10 and the tail door body 20, is reduced, the leakage risk of water accumulation from the joint of the tail lamp guard plate 10 and the tail door body 20 is reduced, the water accumulation is effectively prevented from flowing into a vehicle interior dry area or a user body, and the use effect is improved.
It will be appreciated that the first direction X is in the vertical direction when the tailgate 100 is in the closed state and the second direction Y is in the vertical direction when the tailgate 100 is in the open state.
Therefore, when the tail light guard board 10 in the embodiment of the present application is disposed on the tail gate 100, the first edge area A2 can be located at the lowest point of the tail light guard board 10 in the closed state, and the tip a11 is located at the lowest point of the tail light guard board 10 in the open state, so that the reliability of the tail light guard board 10 in the closed state and the open state of the tail gate 100 can be ensured, water can be effectively prevented from flowing into the trunk area in the vehicle or on the body of a user, and the use effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, for the closed state, a drain hole may be formed at a gap between the first edge area A2 of the tail light guard plate 10 and the connection surface of the tail gate body 20, and when the tail gate 100 is in the closed state, the accumulated water entering the tail light guard plate 10 may flow out of the drain hole, so as to avoid accumulated water in the tail light guard plate 10 in the closed state, thereby reducing the amount of accumulated water in the tail light guard plate 10, and further reducing the risk of leakage of accumulated water from the joint of the tail light guard plate 10 and the tail gate body 20.
Alternatively, the drain holes may be provided as bar-shaped holes, so as to increase the drain rate of the tail light guard 10 in the closed state, to further secure the drain effect, and the size of the bar-shaped holes may be set to 5mm by 20mm or more.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, it can be appreciated that, since water is not substantially formed in the tail gate 100 in the closed state, the risk of water leakage mainly occurs when the tail gate 100 is in the open state and during the process of cleaning the inner side surface of the tail gate 100 by a user. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, by setting the water accumulation position of the lowest point of the tail light guard plate 10 as the tip end a11 when the tail light door 100 is in the open state, the water accumulation is firstly accumulated at the tip end a11 of the tail light guard plate 10, so that the water accumulation amount of the second edge area A3 of the tail light guard plate 10 is reduced, and the second edge area A3 is prevented from generating flowing water due to the occurrence of gaps caused by interference sealing deformation when a user touches the tail light guard plate 10 in the process of cleaning the inner side surface of the tail light door 100, thereby improving the use effect.
In some alternative embodiments, the tip A11 extends in the first direction X to the intersection of the first and second edge regions A2, A3 to ensure that the tip A11 of the taillight guard 10 is at its lowest point during transition of the tailgate 100 from the closed to the open state.
By positioning the lowest points of the tail gate 100 at the tip a11 during the opening process, on one hand, when a user opens the vehicle door, water entering the tail gate guard 10 can not flow out of the gap between the first edge area A2 and the connecting surface any more, but can be temporarily stored in the tail gate guard 10, so as to prevent water from directly flowing to the trunk area in the vehicle or the user. On the other hand, in the whole opening process, the accumulated water is located at the tip A11 of the tail lamp guard plate 10, so that the accumulated water is further prevented from being arranged in the second edge area A3, the risk of leakage of the accumulated water from the joint of the tail lamp guard plate 10 and the tail door 100 is further reduced, and the user satisfaction is improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the structural strength of the taillight guard 10 at the tip A11 is greater than the structural strength of the second edge region A3.
Through making the structural strength of pointed end A11 be greater than the structural strength of second marginal zone A3, can make second marginal zone A3 have certain flexibility to realize tail lamp backplate 10 and joint surface and closely laminate, guarantee the sealing connection of second marginal zone A3 and tail lamp backplate 10. In addition, the tip A11 can have enough strength to bear accumulated water at the tip A11, so that the reliability of the tail lamp guard plate 10 is improved.
Along the second direction Y, the protruding space of the tip a11 of the tail light guard board 10 relative to the second edge area A3 forms a water accumulation temporary storage area, and the volume of the water accumulation temporary storage area is greater than or equal to 20ml.
It will be appreciated that by making the volume of the water accumulation temporary storage area greater than or equal to 20ml, it is possible to ensure that the water accumulation surface accumulated in the water accumulation temporary storage area is not higher than the boundary of the second edge area A3 in the second direction Y in the normal car washing time range, so that even if the second edge area A3 is deformed by interference seal to generate a gap, water is not leaked from the joint of the tail lamp guard plate 10 and the tail gate 100, so that the use effect is further improved.
Optionally, the specific value of the volume of the water accumulation temporary storage area can be adjusted according to the water seepage rate of the tail lamp 30, which is not particularly limited in the present application.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the structural strength of the tip a11 may be increased by a mechanical structure, for example, ribs may be provided at the tip a11 of the taillight cover 10 to increase the structural strength of the part of the taillight cover 10, and avoid a large deformation of the tip a11 of the taillight cover 10. Further, ribs may be provided on a side surface of the tail light shield 10 facing the connection surface to reduce the influence on the profile of the tail light shield 10 while increasing the structural strength of the tail light shield 10.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in some alternative embodiments, the tail light protection plate 10 includes a hard rubber portion 1 and a soft rubber portion 2, the hard rubber portion 1 is at least disposed at the tip a11, and the soft rubber portion 2 is at least partially disposed around the periphery of the hard rubber portion 1 and extends to the second edge area A3.
That is, the tail lamp protecting plate 10 is formed by combining the hard rubber part 1 and the soft rubber part 2, the hard rubber part 1 can be used for maintaining the overall shape and position of the tail lamp protecting plate 10, and the reliability of the whole tail lamp protecting plate 10 is ensured when water is accumulated in the tail lamp protecting plate 10 by arranging the hard rubber part 1 at least at the tip A11. The soft rubber part 2 is used for realizing the sealing connection of the connection surface of the tail lamp guard board 10 and the tail door 100, and ensuring that when the tail lamp guard board 10 receives a larger external force, the soft rubber part 2 can play a role in buffering, so that the tail door 100 can be prevented from vibrating or deforming.
Alternatively, the hard adhesive part 1 may be made of a plastic material, such as PP-TD20 material, although the hard adhesive layer may be made of other hard materials. The soft gel layer may be made of a rubber material, such as a TPV material, although other soft materials are possible.
In some alternative embodiments, the hard rubber part 1 is provided with a lapping groove 11 on one side surface along the axial direction, and the soft rubber part 2 is at least partially lapped on the lapping groove 11 and is connected with the hard rubber part 1.
Through the mode that hard rubber portion 1 and soft rubber portion 2 overlap joint, can increase the overlap area of hard rubber portion 1 and soft rubber portion 2, the thigh can increase the bonding area of hard rubber portion 1 and soft rubber portion 2 to increase the adhesion, prevent that hard rubber portion 1 and soft rubber portion 2 fracture. Alternatively, the soft rubber portion 2 may be disposed on a side surface of the hard rubber portion 1 axially away from the connection surface, so that the integrity and visual effect of the tail lamp protection plate 10 can be improved.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, in some alternative embodiments, in the second edge area A3, the flexible glue portion 2 extends a predetermined distance in the second direction Y to a side away from the central area A1 and forms a lip 21, and the tail light shield 10 is sealingly connected to the connection surface through the lip 21.
By providing the lip 21 in the second edge area A3, the sealing area of the connection surface between the tail light guard plate 10 and the tail gate 100 can be increased, so that the risk of leakage of accumulated water from the joint of the connection surface between the tail light guard plate 10 and the tail gate 100 in the opened state of the tail gate 100 is further reduced, the reliability of the connection between the tail light guard plate 10 and the tail gate 100 is improved, and the use effect of a user is improved.
Also, by having the lip 21 formed by extending the soft rubber portion 2, that is, the lip 21 is integrally provided with the soft rubber portion 2 and is made of the same material, the preparation of the tail lamp cover 10 is facilitated and the integrity of the tail lamp cover 10 is improved.
In some alternative embodiments, tail gate 100 further includes a seal bonded between second edge region A3 of tail gate shield 10 and the connection face of tail gate body 20. By additionally providing a sealing portion between the second edge area A3 of the tail light guard board 10 and the connection surface of the tail gate body 20, it can be further ensured that when a user touches the tail light guard board 10 in the process of cleaning the inner side surface of the tail gate 100 during car washing, running water is not generated from the second edge area A3, and the use effect is improved.
Alternatively, the seal may be provided as a foam which may be provided adjacent the lip 21 to ensure the sealing effect.
It will be appreciated that, according to the tail gate 100 of the embodiment of the present application, it is possible to evaluate whether or not water accumulation in the tail light guard 10 may cause a user complaint by:
Firstly, setting a tail gate 100 in a closed state, and washing the whole area of the tail gate 100 of the vehicle by using a high-pressure water gun;
Secondly, wiping the surface of the tail gate 100 until no drop-shaped water stain is needed when the surface of the tail gate 100 is wiped with a wiping force of about 5 kg;
third, the tail gate 100 is switched to the open state, and the edge area and the center area A1 of the tail light guard 10 are wiped and touched, and whether water flow occurs is visually observed.
Through the steps, the tail lamp guard board 10 is tested, the problem of after-sale complaints can be avoided in the data design stage, meanwhile, the tail lamp guard board can be evaluated through a real vehicle test in the test sample vehicle stage, so that accumulated water is prevented from flowing into a vehicle interior dry area or a user body when the tail lamp guard board is actually used, and the satisfaction degree of the user is improved.
The embodiment of the application also provides a vehicle, which comprises the tail gate 100 in the embodiment.
