In this embodiment, the first drainage channel 102 includes the bottom wall 106, the first rib 104 is located on both sides of the bottom wall 106, the first rib 104 extends from the connection with the bottom wall 106 to both sides of the bottom wall 106, and the upper and lower both ends of the first rib 104 are respectively abutted with the groove structure 202, that is, the first rib 104 is abutted with both side walls of the groove structure 202 at the same time, so as to perform good water retaining and sealing functions, further improve the reliability and the sealing performance of the connection between the first frame 1 and the sealing member 2, so that water between the first frame 1 and the sealing member 2 is discharged through the first drainage channel 102 and does not leak into the first chamber or the second chamber from between the first frame 1 and the sealing member 2, and further improve the reliability and the sealing performance of the product.
Further, even if water permeates into the groove structure 202 through the first rib 104 and the side wall of the groove structure 202 close to the second frame 3, the first rib 104 is abutted against the side wall of the groove structure 202 close to the first frame 1 at the same time, so that the water falling into the groove structure 202 is discharged through the groove structure 202 and does not flow into the first chamber and/or the second chamber through the space between the first frame 1 and the sealing element 2, the connection reliability and the connection tightness of the first frame 1 and the sealing element 2 are further improved, the sealing performance and the water resistance of the sealing device 100 are improved, and the overall reliability and the sealing performance of a product are improved.
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the sealing member 2 includes: a seal ring 204 which abuts against the bottom wall 106 of the first drain tank 102 and is located outside the first drain tank 102; a flap 206 arranged on the side of the sealing ring 204 adjacent to the second frame 3, the flap 206 extending through the first rib 104 towards the first chamber, the flap 206 being located outside the sealing ring 204, a groove structure 202 being formed between the sealing ring 204 and the flap 206; the first rib 104 has one end abutting the tab 206 and the other end abutting the seal ring 204.
In this embodiment, the sealing member 2 includes a sealing ring 204 and a fin 206, the sealing ring 204 abuts against the bottom wall 106 of the first drainage groove 102 and is located outside the first drainage groove 102, the fin 206 is disposed on a side of the sealing ring 204 close to the second frame 3 and extends toward the first chamber through the first rib 104, and the fin 206 is located on an outer side of the sealing ring 204, specifically, the outer side is a side away from the center of the first frame 1 and the inner side is a side close to the center of the first frame 1. Through forming groove structure 202 between sealing washer 204 and fin 206, the one end and the fin 206 looks butt of first flange 104, the other end and sealing washer 204 looks butt, make first flange 104 firm, establish reliably the card between sealing washer 204 and fin 206, make two position contact of first frame 1 and sealing member 2, the reliability and the leakproofness of being connected of first frame 1 and sealing member 2 have been improved greatly, and then improve sealing device 100's leakproofness and waterproof nature, the leakproofness of first room and second room connection is improved.
Furthermore, one end of the first rib 104 abuts against the fin 206, that is, the first rib 104 of the drainage channel close to the fin 206 abuts against the fin 206, so that the first frame 1 is tightly connected with the sealing element 2 through the fin 206, and the other end of the first rib 104 abuts against the sealing ring 204, so that the first frame 1 is tightly connected with the sealing element 2 again through the sealing ring 204, that is, the first frame 1 is tightly connected with the sealing element 2 twice, thereby increasing the reliability and the sealing property of the connection between the first frame 1 and the sealing element 2, so that even if there is a gap between the first rib 104 and the fin 206, water flows into the grooves of the fin 206 and the sealing ring 204 and is discharged through the grooves, and the first rib 104 is still tightly connected with the sealing ring 204, so that no water flows into the first chamber and/or the second chamber, further ensuring the sealing property of the sealing device 100, and improving the sealing property of the connection between the first chamber and the second chamber, the reliability of the product is improved.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the first frame 1 includes a first baffle 108 disposed obliquely, the first drainage channel 102 is located at an upper portion of the first frame 1, the first baffle 108 is located at a lower portion of the first frame 1, the first baffle 108 is inserted into the groove structure, an end portion of the first baffle 108 abuts against the wing 206, and a middle portion of the first baffle 108 abuts against the sealing ring 204.
In this embodiment, the first frame 1 includes the first baffle 108 disposed obliquely, the first drainage channel 102 is located at the upper portion of the first frame 1, the first baffle 108 is located at the lower portion of the first frame 1, the first baffle 108 is inserted into the groove structure, the end portion of the first baffle 108 abuts against the fin 206, and the middle portion of the first baffle 108 abuts against the sealing ring 204, so that the sealing performance and reliability of the connection between the first frame 1 and the sealing member 2 are ensured by the abutment of the first baffle 108 and the fin 206 at the position of the first frame 1 where drainage is not needed, and the production cost is reduced.
Further, first baffle 108 sets up in the slope, the tip and the fin 206 looks butt of first baffle 108, the middle part and the sealing washer 204 butt of first baffle 108, the tip that the slope set up is favorable to avoiding first baffle 108 to contact with sealing washer 204 and damages sealing washer 204 and influence sealing device 100's leakproofness, and then improve sealing device 204's life, furthermore, first baffle 108 is provided with the separation blade with the one end of fin 206 looks butt, the setting up of separation blade has increased the area of contact of first baffle 108 with fin 206, be favorable to improving the leakproofness and the reliability that first baffle 108 and fin 206 are connected, and then improve sealing device 100 leakproofness, improve the reliability of product.
Specifically, the first baffle 108 is disposed at the lower portion of the first frame 1, for example, at the bottom wall of the first frame 1, the first drainage channel 102 is disposed at the upper portion of the first frame 1, the first drainage channel 102 may also be disposed at the side portion of the first frame 1, for example, the first drainage channel 1 is disposed at the top wall and the side wall of the first frame 1, the first baffle 108 and the first drainage channel 102 face the second chamber, the end portion of the first baffle 108 abuts against the fin 206 near the ground side, the middle portion of the first baffle 108 abuts against the sealing ring 204, the first blocking edge 104 of the first drainage channel 102 circumferentially abuts against the fin 206 and the sealing ring 204 at other positions, and since water flows downward under the action of gravity, rainwater or other water directly falls under the action of gravity after flowing through the first drainage channel 102 at the side wall, and does not need to flow in the bottom wall direction of the first frame 1, and then set up first baffle 108 on the diapire of first frame 1 and can guarantee that first frame 1 and sealing member 2 closely link to each other, compare with setting up first drainage tank 102 on the diapire of first frame 1 simultaneously and simplified the structure, be favorable to reduction in production cost.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the first frame 1 further includes a first mounting groove 110, the first mounting groove 110 is located on a side of the first drainage groove 102 away from the first rib 104, and the first mounting groove 110 is clamped at the first window 300.
In this embodiment, the first frame 1 further includes a first mounting groove 110 at a side of the first drain tank 102 away from the first rib 104, is engaged at the first window 300 through the first mounting groove 110, such that the sealing device 100 is connected with the first chamber through the first mounting groove 110, further, the sealing performance and reliability of the connection of the sealing device 100 with the first chamber are ensured, further, the first mounting groove 110 is clamped at the first window 300, the first mounting groove 110 can discharge the water flowing into the first mounting groove 110 from the outer wall of the first chamber through the first mounting groove 110, that is, the first mounting groove 110 has a function of draining water at the same time, thereby ensuring sealability of the connection of the first chamber and the sealing device 100 and preventing water from flowing into the first chamber and/or the second chamber between the sealing device 100 and the first chamber, and further, the sealability and waterproofness between the first chamber sealing means 100 are improved, and the market competitiveness of the product is improved.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the sealing member 2 further includes a body 208 located on a side of the sealing ring 204 away from the bottom wall 106 of the first drainage groove 102, the sealing ring 204 and the wing 206 are disposed on the body 208; the second frame 3 is provided with a mounting seat 302 on a side facing the first chamber, the body 208 is located outside the mounting seat 302, and the mounting seat 302 is connected with the body 208.
In this embodiment, the sealing member 2 further includes a body 208 located on a side of the sealing ring 204 away from the bottom wall 106 of the first drainage groove 102, the sealing ring 204 and the fins 206 are disposed on the body 208, which effectively improves the overall strength and reliability of the sealing member 2, a mounting seat 302 is disposed on a side of the second frame 3 facing the first chamber, the body 208 is located outside the mounting seat 302, and the mounting seat 302 is connected to the body 208, so that the sealing device 100 is tightly connected to the second frame 3 through the body 208 and the mounting seat 302, no water flows into the first chamber and/or the second chamber through the sealing member 2 and the second frame 3, which further improves the sealing performance and reliability of the connection between the sealing device 100 and the second frame 3, and ensures the overall sealing performance and waterproofness of the sealing device 100.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the second frame 3 includes: the second mounting groove 304 is arranged on one side of the mounting seat 302 close to the second chamber, the second mounting groove 304 is positioned below the mounting seat 302, and the second mounting groove 304 is clamped at the second window 400; a second skirt 306 is provided on a side of the mounting base 302 adjacent the first chamber.
In this embodiment, the second frame 3 is provided with a second mounting groove 304 at one side of the mounting seat 302 close to the second chamber, the second mounting groove 304 is located below the mounting seat 302 and is clamped at the second window 400 through the second mounting groove 304, so that the sealing device 100 is connected with the second chamber through the second mounting groove 304, and further, the sealing property and reliability of the connection of the sealing device 100 with the second chamber are ensured, further, the second mounting groove 304 is clamped at the second window 400, the second mounting groove 304 is located below the mounting seat 302, so that the water on the mounting seat 302 can be discharged into the second mounting groove 304, the second mounting groove 304 can discharge the water flowing into the second mounting groove 304 from the outer wall of the second chamber through the second mounting groove 304, that is, the second mounting groove 304 has a water discharging function at the same time, and further, the sealing property of the connection of the second chamber and the sealing device 100 is ensured, and no water flows into the first chamber and/or the second chamber through the space between the sealing device 100 and the second chamber, and further, the sealability and waterproofness between the second chamber sealing means 100 are improved, and the market competitiveness of the product is improved.
One side of the mounting seat 302 close to the first chamber is provided with a second rib 306, that is, the body 208 is located on one side of the second rib 306 close to the second chamber, the waterproof effect is better, water on the mounting seat 302 can be better drained into the second mounting groove 304, so that the body 208 of the sealing element 2 is separated from the mounting seat 302 under the action of external force and then blocked by the second rib 306, and the body cannot be directly separated from the second frame 3, and further the sealing element 2 is still located between the first frame 1 and the second frame 3 and has waterproofness and sealing performance, the arrangement of the second rib 306 enables double protection to be added between the sealing element 2 and the second frame 3, the sealing performance and the waterproofness of connection between the sealing element 2 and the second frame 3 are further improved, and the reliability and the sealing performance of the sealing device 100 are improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the body 208 is preferably glued to the mounting base 302.
In this embodiment, the body 208 and the mounting seat 302 are glued, so that the sealing element 2 and the second frame 3 are tightly connected without a gap, and the problem that water permeates into the first chamber and/or the second chamber through the gap due to the gap existing between the sealing element 2 and the second frame 3 in an embedded connection or abutting connection is avoided, and the reliability and the sealing performance of the connection between the sealing element 2 and the second frame 3 are effectively improved through gluing, so that the sealing performance and the water resistance of the sealing device 100 are improved, and the satisfaction degree of users in use is improved.
Further, the body 208 and the mounting base 302 are cemented together by an adhesive, and it is understood that the body 208 and the mounting base 302 may be connected in other ways as desired.
In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the shape of the first frame 1, the second frame 3, and the sealing member 2 is at least one of: trapezoidal, rectangular, circular.
In this embodiment, the shapes of the first frame 1, the second frame 3, and the sealing member 2 may be a trapezoid, a rectangle, a circle, an ellipse, or other shapes with irregular cross sections that meet the requirements, and the different shapes of the first frame 1, the second frame 3, and the sealing member 2 can meet the requirements of different structures of the first frame 1, the second frame 3, and the sealing member 2, and also can meet the requirements of different shapes of the first window 300 and the second window 400, so that the application range is wide.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first frame 1, the second frame 3, and the sealing member 2 are trapezoidal, that is, the first window 300 and the second window 400 are trapezoidal, so that the first chamber and the second chamber are communicated with each other through the trapezoidal first window 300, the trapezoidal second window 400, the first frame 1, the trapezoidal second frame 3, and the sealing member 2, and the sealing device has an aesthetic feature, and meanwhile, the buckling and pressing force under the action of gravity after the first chamber is lifted and lowered and rotated is large, which is beneficial to tight connection after the first chamber is buckled with the sealing device 100, so that the sealing manner between the first chamber and the sealing device 100 is trapezoidal section pressing and sealing, and further improves the sealing performance and reliability of connection between the first chamber and the sealing device 100.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the sealing ring 204 is preferably an inflatable sealing ring 204 or a vacuum sealing ring 204.
In this embodiment, the sealing ring 204 is an inflatable sealing ring 204 or a vacuum chamber sealing ring 204, and different types of the sealing ring 204 can meet different structural requirements of the first frame 1 and the second frame 3, and can also meet different structural requirements of the first chamber and the second chamber, so that the application range is wide.
Further, the sealing ring 204 is an inflatable sealing ring 204 or an inflatable sealing rubber bubble, which can avoid interference when the first frame 1 goes up and down along with the first chamber, and can also enhance the sealing performance of the connection between the first frame 1 and the sealing element 2, thereby ensuring good sealing performance and waterproof performance between the first frame 1 and the sealing element 2, and simultaneously improving the overall sealing performance and reliability of the sealing device 100 and the satisfaction degree of users.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicle, including: a first chamber and a second chamber; and a sealing device 100 according to any of the above claims, the sealing device 100 being used between the first chamber and the second chamber.
The utility model provides a vehicle, including first room and second room to and above-mentioned any technical scheme's sealing device 100, sealing device 100 is used for between first room and the second room. Since the vehicle includes the sealing device 100 according to any of the above technical solutions, all the beneficial effects of the sealing device 100 are achieved, and are not described herein again.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle is a fire engine, the first compartment is a cab, and the second compartment is a passenger compartment. It will be appreciated that the vehicle may be another vehicle, and one of the first and second compartments may be a cab and the other may be a passenger compartment, a cargo compartment, etc.
In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 6, the vehicle is a fire engine, the first compartment is a cab, the second compartment is a passenger compartment, a trapezoidal first window 300 is disposed on a side of the cab close to the passenger compartment (i.e., on a rear panel of the cab), a trapezoidal second window 400 is disposed on a side of the passenger compartment close to the cab (i.e., on a front panel of the passenger compartment), and the first window 300 and the second window 400 correspond to each other. The sealing device 100 is used between a cab and a passenger compartment, and is a through-type transition sealing device 100. The sealing device 100 includes a trapezoidal first frame 1, a trapezoidal second frame 3, and a trapezoidal sealing member 2, the first frame 1 is disposed at a position corresponding to the first window 300, and the first window 300 is fixed to the first frame 1, the second frame 3 is disposed at a position corresponding to the second window 400, and the second frame 3 is fixed to a side of the second window 400 of the second compartment facing the cab, and the sealing member 2 is disposed between the first frame 1 and the second frame 3. Trapezoidal first frame 1 and trapezoidal first window 300 for the cab goes up and down, rotatory back that goes up and down withholds the clamping force under the action of gravity great, is favorable to cab and sealing device 100 to withhold back zonulae occludens, makes cab and sealing device 100's sealing method be trapezoidal cross-section and compresses tightly sealed, has further improved the leakproofness and the reliability that cab and sealing device 100 are connected.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a first mounting groove 110 is provided at a side of the first frame 1 facing the cab, the first mounting groove 110 is fitted around a peripheral edge of a first window 300 of the cab, that is, the first mounting groove 110 is clamped at the first window 300, so that the sealing device 100 is connected with the first cab through the first mounting groove 110, it can be understood that a side of the first mounting groove 110 of the first frame 1, which is close to the first drainage groove 102, is a first sealing surface 112, and the first window 300 is fixed with the first sealing surface 112. One side of the first frame 1 facing the passenger compartment is provided with a first drainage groove 102, the first drainage groove 102 is clamped in a groove structure 202 of the sealing element 2 near a first flange 104 of the passenger compartment, so that the first frame 1 and the sealing element 2 are reliably and firmly connected, water between the first frame 1 and the sealing element 2 is discharged through the drainage groove, the situation that the first frame 1 and the sealing element 2 are not tightly connected and leak water is avoided for being attached and connected, the reliability and the tightness of connection of the first frame 1 and the sealing element 2 are effectively improved, the tightness and the waterproofness of the sealing device 100 are further improved, good tightness is achieved between the first compartment and the second compartment, it is ensured that no water leaks into the cab and/or the passenger compartment, warmth retention is achieved, and the market competitiveness of products is improved.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the side of the second frame 3 facing the first chamber is provided with a mounting seat 302, the sealing element 2 comprises a body 208, a sealing ring 204 and a fin 206, the mounting seat 302 and the body 208 of the sealing element 2 are adhesively connected by an adhesive, that is, the second sealing surface 210 on the mounting seat 302 and the third sealing surface 308 of the body 208 are bonded together, so that no water flows into the cab and/or the passenger compartment through the sealing element 2 and the second frame 3, the sealing performance and the reliability of the connection of the sealing device 100 and the second frame 3 are further improved, and the overall sealing performance and the waterproofness of the sealing device 100 are ensured. One side of the mounting seat 302 close to the cab is provided with a second rib 306, that is, the body 208 is located on one side of the second rib 306 close to the second cab, so that the body 208 of the sealing element 2 is separated from the mounting seat 302 under the action of external force and then blocked by the second rib 306 and cannot be directly separated from the second frame 3, and further the sealing element 2 is still located between the first frame 1 and the second frame 3 and has waterproofness and sealing performance, the arrangement of the second rib 306 increases double protection between the sealing element 2 and the second frame 3, the sealing performance and the waterproofness of connection between the sealing element 2 and the second frame 3 are further improved, and the reliability and the sealing performance of the sealing device 100 are improved. The second frame 3 is provided with a second mounting groove 304 at one side of the mounting seat 302 close to the passenger compartment, and is clamped at the second window 400 through the second mounting groove 304, so that the sealing device 100 is connected with the passenger compartment through the second mounting groove 304, and the sealing performance and the reliability of the connection between the sealing device 100 and the passenger compartment are further ensured.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the sealing ring 204 abuts against the bottom wall 106 of the first drainage channel 102 and is located outside the first drainage channel 102, the fin 206 is disposed on one side of the sealing ring 204 close to the second frame 3 and extends toward the cab through the first rib 104, one end of the first rib 104 abuts against the fin 206, and the other end abuts against the sealing ring 204, so that the first rib 104 is firmly and reliably disposed between the sealing ring 204 and the fin 206, and the first frame 1 contacts with the sealing member 2 at two positions, thereby greatly improving the sealing performance and the water resistance of the connection between the first frame 1 and the sealing member 2, further improving the sealing performance and the water resistance of the sealing device 100, and improving the sealing performance of the connection between the first chamber and the second chamber.
The sealing ring 204 is an inflatable sealing ring 204, which can avoid interference when the first frame 1 goes up and down along with the cab, and can also enhance the sealing performance of the connection between the first frame 1 and the sealing element 2, so as to ensure good sealing performance and waterproof performance between the first frame 1 and the sealing element 2, and improve the overall sealing performance and reliability of the sealing device 100 and the satisfaction degree of users.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first baffle 108 is disposed on the bottom wall of the first frame 1 close to the ground, i.e. the longer bottom edge of the trapezoid, the first drainage channel 102 is disposed on the other walls of the first frame 1, the other walls include the top wall far away from the ground and the side walls connecting the top wall and the bottom wall, i.e. the shorter bottom edge and two side edges of the trapezoid, and the first baffle 108 and the first drainage channel 102 face the passenger compartment, the first baffle 108 abuts against the fin 206 close to the ground side, the first baffle 104 of the first drainage channel 102 abuts against the fin 206 and the sealing ring 204 at other positions along the circumferential direction, since water flows downward under the action of gravity, rainwater or other water directly falls under the action of gravity after being drained by the first drainage channel 102 of the side wall after being drained by the first drainage channel 102 of the top wall, and drainage along the bottom wall direction of the first frame 1 is not required, and further the provision of the first baffle 108 on the bottom wall of the first frame 1 can ensure that the first frame 1 is tightly connected with the sealing, meanwhile, compared with the first drainage groove 102 arranged on the bottom wall of the first frame 1, the structure is simplified, and the production cost is reduced.

A sealing device for use between a first compartment and a second compartment of a vehicle, the first compartment having a first window opening on a side facing the second compartment, the second compartment having a second window opening on a side facing the first compartment, the first window and the second window being positioned to correspond to each other, the sealing device comprising:
the first frame is arranged at the first window, a first drainage groove is arranged on one side, facing the second chamber, of the first frame, and the first drainage groove comprises a first flange close to the second chamber;
the second frame is arranged at the second window;
the sealing element is arranged between the first frame and the second frame, and a groove structure is arranged on the sealing element;
wherein, the first flange is clamped in the groove structure.
2. The sealing device of claim 1,
the first drainage groove comprises a bottom wall, the first rib extends from the joint of the first rib and the bottom wall to the upper side and the lower side of the bottom wall, and the upper end and the lower end of the first rib are respectively abutted to the groove structures.
3. The sealing device of claim 2, wherein the seal comprises:
the sealing ring is abutted against the bottom wall of the first drainage groove and is positioned outside the first drainage groove;
the fin is arranged on one side, close to the second frame, of the sealing ring, extends towards the first chamber through the first rib, is positioned on the outer side of the sealing ring, and forms the groove structure between the sealing ring and the fin;
one end of the first flange is abutted with the fin, and the other end of the first flange is abutted with the sealing ring.
4. The sealing device of claim 3,
the first frame comprises a first baffle plate which is obliquely arranged, the first drainage groove is located in the upper portion of the first frame, the first baffle plate is located in the lower portion of the first frame, the first baffle plate is inserted into the groove structure, the end portion of the first baffle plate is abutted to the fin, and the middle portion of the first baffle plate is abutted to the sealing ring.
5. The sealing device of claim 1,
the first frame further comprises a first mounting groove, the first mounting groove is located on one side, away from the first retaining edge, of the first drainage groove, and the first mounting groove is clamped at the first window.
6. The sealing device of claim 3,
the sealing element also comprises a body, the sealing ring is positioned on one side of the bottom wall of the sealing ring, which is far away from the first drainage groove, and the sealing ring and the wing piece are arranged on the body;
and one side of the second frame, which faces the first chamber, is provided with an installation seat, the body is positioned outside the installation seat, and the installation seat is connected with the body.
7. The sealing device of claim 6, wherein the second frame comprises:
the second mounting groove is arranged on one side, close to the second chamber, of the mounting seat, is positioned below the mounting seat, and is clamped at the second window;
and a second flange is arranged on one side of the mounting seat close to the first chamber.

the body is glued with the mounting seat.

the first frame, the second frame, the seal are shaped to be at least one of: trapezoidal, rectangular, circular; and/or
