It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, while the invention has been described in connection with the above embodiments, the invention is not limited to the embodiments, but may be embodied in many other equivalent forms without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention, which is set forth in the following claims.
Claims (12)
1. A sunroof trim cover for a vehicle, comprising:
the automobile decoration device comprises a decoration plate (1), wherein a through hole (11) is formed in the center of the decoration plate (1), the through hole (11) is opposite to a skylight (30) in an automobile, a first flanging (12) is arranged on the outer side edge of the decoration plate (1) along the circumferential direction, and a second flanging (13) is arranged on the decoration plate (1) along the circumferential direction of the through hole (11);
the drainage pipe (2) is arranged on one side edge of the decorative plate (1), the drainage pipe (2) is positioned on an inner decorative plate (20) of the roof (10) in the vehicle, a reinforcing rib (14) is arranged between the first flanging (12) and the second flanging (13) on the decorative plate (1), a drainage groove (3) is formed by surrounding the reinforcing rib (14) and the second flanging (13), the drainage groove (3) is opposite to a sealing gap between the skylight (30) and the roof (10), and the drainage pipe (2) is communicated with the drainage groove (3);
after the automobile-used skylight decorative cover is installed on the automobile interior top cover (10), through holes (11) of decorative plates (1) are right opposite to the skylight (30), first flanging (12) is buckled on the interior decorative plates (20), second flanging (13) upwards extends into the top window hole, the top end of the second flanging (13) is higher than the top cover (10), and the drain pipe (2) can be shielded between the interior decorative plates (20) and the top cover (10).
2. The sunroof trim cover according to claim 1, further comprising a fastener (4), the trim panel (1) being fixed to the roof (10) by the fastener (4).
3. The sunroof trim cover for a vehicle according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of fixing seats (15) are circumferentially arranged on the trim panel (1) at intervals, the fixing seats (15) are located between the first flange (12) and the reinforcing ribs (14), and the fastening member (4) passes through the fixing seats (15) and is connected with the top cover (10).

The sunroof decoration cover for a vehicle according to claim 3, further comprising a blocking cover (5), wherein the fixing seat (15) is provided with a groove (151), one end of the fastening piece (4) is located in the groove (151), and the blocking cover (5) can cover the fastening piece (4) in the groove (151).
5. The sunroof decorative cover for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the drain pipe (2) is located at a side of the decorative board (1) with a low topography, and the extending direction of the drain pipe (2) is disposed at an angle to a plane where the decorative board (1) is located.
6. The sunroof trim cover according to claim 1, wherein the edge of the first flange (12) is fastened to an inner trim panel (20) of the roof (10), and the drain pipe (2) is located on a side of the inner trim panel (20) away from the first flange (12).
7. The sunroof trim cover for a vehicle according to claim 6, wherein the mounting inclination angle of the trim panel (1) is substantially the same as the inclination angle of the inner trim panel (20), and the difference in surface between the trim panel (1) and the inner trim panel (20) is not more than 7mm.
8. The sunroof trim cover for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the reinforcing rib (14) is disposed around the second flange (13), one end of the drain pipe (2) is fixed to the reinforcing rib (14), a plurality of reinforcing ribs (141) are disposed on the reinforcing rib (14) in the circumferential direction of the drain pipe (2), and the plurality of reinforcing ribs (141) are connected to the drain pipe (2).
9. The sunroof decoration cover for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of drain pipes (2) are arranged on the reinforcing ribs (14) at intervals, a water guiding groove (142) is concavely arranged at the joint of the reinforcing ribs (14) and the drain pipes (2), and a filtering device (143) is arranged in the water guiding groove (142).
10. The sunroof trim cover according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the trim panel (1) is integrally formed with the first flange (12), the second flange (13), and the reinforcing bead (14).
11. The sunroof trim cover according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the trim panel (1), the first flange (12), the second flange (13) and the reinforcing bead (14) are each made of ABS material or PC/ABS material.
12. The sunroof trim cover for a vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a water pipe (6), the water pipe (6) being connected to the water drain pipe (2), water in the water drain tank (3) being discharged outside the cab via the water drain pipe (2) and the water pipe (6).
